CousinTs - I wish I could leave negative stars. I have waited over a year to receive my order. I ordered 6 pancake / syrup bundles, 1 extra bottle of syrup, and 1 cornbread mix. I received ONE pancake / syrup bundle, 1 extra bottle of syrup, and 1 cornbread mix. I have contacted the company multiple times via the email contact form on their website with no contact back. Because they're a small business, I gave extra time for contact and receipt of the missing 5 pancake / syrup bundles, but I'm sorry I did. I should have immediately filed a charge-back. Now my only option is legal action, which I don't want to have to go through. I can't even find an address for this fraudulent company. What awful customer service. This guy claims to be a patriot - he is NOT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! There are SO MANY reviews of people not receiving their order at all, or receiving only a piece of it. They should be shut down immediately by the FTC for fraudulent practices!

I have been waiting for my order to be delivered (going on 2 weeks) without updates from CousinT’s regarding the status of the order however, they processed my payment. I did receive notice from USPS it was to be delivered today but, it wasn’t. I got a live person from the P.O. to help track it down and learned it’s sitting in a USPS hub center waiting to be dispatched at the discretion of whoever loads their trucks and that CousinT’s sent it using a 50 cent delivery payment (not priority mail) so employees will load it into truck whenever they get to it. I paid a lot for this product and thought I was contributing to a worthwhile startup company but now, I feel like a sucker and this will be the one and only purchase I make from the company. My honest rating for the ‘impossible to contact’ CousinT’s is a big zero. At this point, I anticipate receiving damaged goods and if so, being a food product, it’ll get tossed. Trying to contact CousinT’s is a futile endeavor so, I’ve no doubt requesting a refund would be impossible. Beware this company.

UPDATE: as of Thursday, Jan.16, 2025…order NEVER arrived. Orig. order placed last week of Nov. 2024. USPS can do nothing about it, its whereabouts remain a mystery despite me trying to contact ‘Cousints’ who ignore my inquiries.

Placed order on 11/7 and as of 11/21 the order still has not shipped. I don’t think this is a good way to do business and this isn’t sustainable. This was my first and last order. So disappointed. If there are delays, make the customer aware up front!

Never received an order nor a confirmation email. No response to numerous emails asking about order. They took my money though.

Tried these when I was in the US. AMAZING!

Botched order-missing item and torn pancake box. They finally replaced the missing and destroyed items.i received damaged items again. They ignored my emails. I cannot recommend them.

From the buttermilk, blueberry, chocolate chip, and birthday cake flavors, all are delish! No need to follow the gourmet instructions, the quick way works just as well! Might need to add more water to however fluffy or flatter you want to make them.

The order was lost in May but they came back and offered a 100 plus refund. Thanks Terrence

The mix stayed pretty grainy and chalky tasting. I used a1/2 cup to make the pancakes and only got four when using the whole box mix, meaning I would at most would have gotten 8 pancakes with the normal 1/4 sized pancake and in no way could you get 12 pancakes that the box mentions. Just a huge disappointment !!! Contacted customer support and no reply after 3 weeks ,dumped what I had left , rubbish

I have purchased about 20 boxes of cousin Ts pancake I usually order 6 at a time. Last order was 6 boxes of butter milk all that expire 12/12/24 They were kept in a hallway closet as usual 3 of the boxes were blown up so bad when I opened 1 box the bag exploded. I have tried to contacted them and the company that makes the pancake mix Gourmet provisions inter corp either one could even answer . Will never buy cousin Ts again. Make believe you care about your loyal coustmers

Prices were WAY too high, then when got the two bottle of pure maple syrup delivered were thrown in the box (which was leaking and COVERED in syrup). A small strip of bubble wrap was loosely setting in the box with a busted bottle that was empty and a full bottle that was salvageable. Filled out customer service request weeks ago, still waiting to hear, NOONE contacted me back. Not impressed, will never buy again or recommend.

I ordered 20 boxes of pancake mix with 20 syrup/ it was for gift baskets for my summer beach renters. 5 of the boxes were smashed. Now another 5 boxes have bloated. So I have 10 boxes I cannot use.
I have contacted the company twice and haven’t gotten any response. So if you have any problems with it’s your order, you will have to suck it up. They have NO customer service or phone number.
Buyer beware.

The new dark roast coffee is amazing! It has a really great flavor. Great product Terrence!!!

We tried the pancakes and LOVED them- JUST tried the coffee and love it better than Duncan Donuts- doing the switch!!! So amazing to support a Proud American working hard!
