I needed to return a item in a big box. I was told that there was two options to return my yellow stool. 1 you would arrange the item to be collected a fee of £20, which I wasn't aware of at the time I ordered it, 2 for me to take the item to a post office, I have not any transport to take the large box to the post office, I am unable to carry the large box to my nearest post office.as I am 7yrs old. Not good service
Works very well.
I purchased a 2 airbags to be used with my new garden furniture cover, we had been experiencing biblical rain in Edinburgh for 40 days and nights (I joke not), the airbags work surprisingly well, inflation involves a tad quess work but as long as you have a ball inflator or use lung power it’s very straightforward.

The chair is very comfortable but the upholstery finish is very tight on the seams as if the minimum amount of material has been used. The legs were very difficult to assemble. The bolt holes had not been correctly aligned. A ten to fifteen minute job took an hour and a couple of the bolts could not be fitted leaving two legs with only one bolt fully tightened

Absolutely shocking… ordered chairs in…
Absolutely shocking… ordered chairs in November and measured a different height when they arrived than advertised! ( and came flat pack!)Extremely patient with them as they said they would order new legs the right height…nothing by xmas , nothing by Jan then told due to Chinese new year the factory is closed but will send as soon as they open… nothing… chased again and told they are getting despatched … nothing.. chased again and told no ships until March .. still nothing … then told definitely on ship April 23rd.. 3 further emails and I have now requested a refund and guess what? all 3 ignored! Not a single response after 6 months of patience! Amazingly they respond to positive reviews on here 🤔🤔 now it’s time to go legal. Such a shame as looks like they used to be good.. I’m in the industry as well hence the patience but now will have to take action ..
And no there are no emails in spam or junk

Extremely poor information and communication
The chair was not advertised as self-assembly so came as a shock when I received it.
The instruction booklet was very faintly printed and extremely small so no good for someone with poor eyesight and partially disabled.
Regarding delivery we were not informed about delivery time or date, through Parcelforce, until after they had tried to deliver and after our enquiry as to when we could expect the item.
Because of this we were not at home at the time of delivery.
Delivery through Parcelforce was a nightmare. You cannot speak to anyone at the depot and even though we were daily, tracking the item, once we received the tracking number, the chair was out for delivery on two days, where we had to stay in from 8.00am until 6.00pm each day only to find that the item had been returned to the depot.
The only card that was left was the first time they tried to deliver.
We also endeavoured to arrange redelivery to ensure that we could be there to take receipt.
It took several days for this to arrive, and only then did we know that the chair was self-assembly.
We arranged for collection back to Cover All Home but were never informed of any collection time/day.
Parcelforce arrived the following day and fortunately we were at home.
Extremely poor communication all round.
Not a happy customer.

Brilliant buying process
Brilliant buying process. Kept informed on progress of my chair. Delivery in the time period and this was over the Easter holidays.
The chair is good quality and well made.

Confusing order 😔
I ordered some samples, I found the order process confusing. I ordered the wrong item, I spoke to customer services and they were meant to contact me back. They have not, its a shame because the quality of the fabric is great.
