This is my second purchase. On my first purchase there was a delay in shipping and the team online were very quick to help and resolve the issue. When the product came it did not fit the cab of the truck, because I had entered the wrong information on the order. After being contacted they offered a 20% discount if we kept the first cover and then could reorder the second cover. Now we have a cover for a boat trailer and a second cover coming for the truck. The team is outstanding and the product is superior!

When I decided to return the item, I was shocked to discover they deduct nearly 45% of the purchase price in return penalties, leaving me with a meager $90.24 refund.
Inflated 20% Restocking Fee: Instead of calculating the 20% restocking fee on the $161.55 I actually paid, they calculated it off the original $179.50 list price, illegally charging a $32.31 fee.
Exorbitant Return Shipping: They tack on an outrageous $39.00 flat fee for return shipping.
Gotcha Policy Fine Print: Their return policy penalizes standard returns with automatic fees, relying on strict technicalities to squeeze money out of customers who simply change their mind.
Extremely disappointed in these predatory practices. Between double-dipping on shipping and overcalculating restocking fees on pre-discount prices, this company turns standard returns into a money grab. Buy somewhere else with customer-friendly policies

Original issue: The package arrived without physical installation instructions, making setup tricky for a first-time cover owner, and standard return fees felt steep.
Resolution: Customer support reached out directly and went above and beyond to make things right. They acknowledged the missing physical instructions, emailed over the installation guide, and provided a 50% refund ($80.78) so my son could keep the cover. They also noted they are looking into including physical instructions with deliveries moving forward. Prompt, fair, and impressive customer service—they truly stand behind their products and care about customer satisfaction.
