Absolutely incompetent
I usually don't write reviews, but the level of incompetence at Randox Health has been so shocking that I have to warn others. There was no part of our experience that went smoothly.
My partner went to the Great Portland St branch for an Everyman assessment and asked for an invoice (for insurance reimbursement), but the invoice we received had an incorrect amount on it, which we asked to fix. They had no idea how much we actually paid, so we had to tell them what the invoice should say.
Later that day we get some preliminary results and find out my partner's height measurement was recorded incorrectly in the system (a significant discrepancy that skews all findings). We try unsuccessfully to get in touch with Randox, but nobody responds to either calls or emails. I had to go back to the clinic and speak to the receptionist, who informed me it's impossible to update the height measurement in the system, and my partner needs to come and do it all over again. We live 2 hours away.
He comes in for a re-assessment. Nothing in the results portal is updated. We have to reach out again.
Later we get the full results of the bloodwork (a separate, detailed report). Oh look, the height measurement is still incorrect. Have to reach out by email again. Each response is like pulling teeth, it takes multiple days for them just to reply "can you confirm your order number?" (which is in the email already). It's impossible to reach them by phone.
We also paid to get a paper copy of the report, and after a couple weeks enquire about when it might be sent out. Multiple emails are ignored. Over a month after the assessment, we ask for a refund of the paper copy fee. Their response is "can you prove you paid for a paper copy?", and we have to forward Randox's own confirmation email to Randox.
This particular assessment package also includes a follow-up in 6 months, which we asked to schedule. The follow-up is completely forgotten about by the Randox team, and we have to - once again - email them over and over again to schedule it.
What was advertised as a quick, smooth process (especially given the prices they charge) has been an absolute joke. We never even got a 'sorry for the inconvenience', let alone any acknowledgement of how clueless and disorganised this all was. Save your time, money and energy and go elsewhere.

Not happy
Not happy, received my test for female hormones using the Tasso kit , sent it back on the same day , 8 days later and no results contacted them 3 times to find out where my results are , first time I contacted them I managed to do the online chat that confirmed they had received my sample but I needed to wait at least 5 working days to get the results that time as been and gone , don’t seem to be able to access the online chat again so have sent two emails but no response, poor service and customer care is non existent, I want a refund and I won’t just go away and allow them to keep my money for a test they clearly haven’t processed, I will never use these again, I’ve since used medichecks and their service is excellent very fast unlike this company who take your money don’t provide you with results and don’t respond to your enquiries, very poor don’t use them, go with medichecks instead .

Randox is poor service paid for test…
Randox is poor service paid for test which they disposed off after urn wasn’t registered they failed to inform, so had to pay for another test for male hormone 8 days later after posting no result's, created chats and colleges creating tickets still mo services and they are not sure what’s happening with the lab and emailed to say they process the results within 2-3 days so they have had bloods sat there for a week which will be no good

Unless your body has forgotten how to clot, there's not a chance in hell that me or my wife could fill that wee tube to the top. Our fingers both clot immediately as they should, ridiculous waste of money
Ordered a Vitamin D kit
Ordered a Vitamin D kit, Complete waste of 30 quid, followed instructions, no way on earth you can get enough blood to fill the sample tube. Now in the bin.

Never received my results, then wanted more money from me!
I ordered my at home female hormone test kit on the 1st January, it arrived a few days later and then I was in to night shifts. I decided I would take my sample after my night shifts which I did on the 17th Jan, registered my kit that day and got a confirmation email on the 19th saying they had my sample but 4 weeks on I still haven't had any results.
I contacted them 3 times via email with no respoy then found a phone number which the representative said she would look into it for me, which to be fair she did but the email she sent back was... "Because I didn't send my sample on the 1st Jan it was over the 98hours of testing and I would need to pay extra for a new kit to be sent out" well this isn't the case as I put my order through on the 1st Jan so didn't even have the kit. I explained this to her via email and that I sent my sample off and had the confirmation email 2 days later, well in the 98 hours of being able to test the sample, well guess what... Over a week now and no response!
What a waste of money! Poor customer service! Don't waste your time or money with these tests!

Ordered one and the payment was pending in my account and I ended up chatting to a Jessica on the chat option. She said it didn't go through and that will will return the money and to order another one. Now I've paid for two and received one. No refund for the other. No one reply's to emails.
Charmless and a rip-off
Charmless, smile-free staff at King's Road London. They say 2-5 days to deliver blood results but then don't make clear that they don't include the morning you had test as a working day. I shall turn up at a doctor's appointment without the results even though it will be more than a week, and will lose money for having a result-free session with the doctor. The app is totally useless and crashes all the time; it has to be uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still doesn't work properly-- pretty basic tech. Contacting them is not easy. The CQC should be assessing them.
Waste of money
Waste of money! This company likes to rip you off. They lie and maks up reasons why your test was not processed and they don't respond. They should be ashamed!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I did send them my test back on the 18th of decembre, I never got any results since, I did contact them several times and they asked me my order number..since I sent it all back I didn’t have it, therefore they said they could do nothing about it, although they surely could retrace my payment and that they had my email details somewhere. Avoid Randox.

Please please avoid giving this company money at any cost!! I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews before forking out a fortune. My measurements were taken incorrectly, parts of the test were "forgotten about", the Dr consultation actually included the words "I don't understand your results, maybe you should take them to your own GP..."?!?!
"Customer Service" are rude and unhelpful, honestly, from start to finish this was an utter shambles. Please go anywhere but here, do not waste your money! I lost almost £2000 and have absolutely nothing to show for it, am still waiting on the part of the test they forgot about to be sent out and am now working with my GP, something I wish I had done from the start. Absolutely awful company.
Do not pay for the GP call!
The blood testing and results were good. However we paid for a follow up GP appointment. No one has called despite multiple requests. It's now been over 6 weeks. This is unacceptable.
Worst place ever
Worst place ever. I paid for a test, and they provided the wrong passwrod to access the documents. I sent multiple emails as it is impossible to reach out to them by phone and they never answered. I paid for nothing.
