I just had three rest done to check it out , I intend to have all my tests done within clinic, they came back the next day easily understood for the lay person , but as I understand one can also talk to a gp only thing that I thought was not good was the gp saying about diet surely people going to these lengths do not need to be told about diet ,the result of the test should be the main discussion surely ,thats just my opinion as a practitioner myself.regards Patricia Bell

I chose a surgery visit for taking blood and that was simple and painless. My results were all delivered same or next day (which was a Saturday), so very efficient. Recommended

I bought a test online which arrived but I decided I wanted to return it (unused and unopened). I have now sent three emails about this to customer service with no response and no one picks up the phone when I ring which is only open between 8-12pm during the week. The online chat on their website couldn’t help me as it said my email address was wrong, even though their marketing emails are reaching me every day! I feel completely ignored and stuck as I can’t speak to anyone about a return and refund. It’s completely unacceptable! Terrible experience for me.

Quick, good costumer service, fast results

Cant fault this experience. Clear and comprehensive website, easy booking process, local clinics, loads of available timeslots and excellent professional friendly staff, especially the nurse who took the blood. the results werent promised the same day but they arrived via email as promised less than 5 hours after the blood was drawn. Results were clear and explained well via the portal online. Five stars easily.

Process very quick and simple

The process itself is good and i changed from home kit to clinic (impossible to take that much blood with home kit). However the results basically are a lot of graphs and figures that are too generalised to mean anything unless you then pay in addition to go through with someone. So as long as you are happy to pay more to understand the results then it’s great but I wasn’t expecting to.

Just excellent - Quick and easy to use, the dashboard has a great layout, especially when comparing data from previous periods. I have used them twice, once in 2024 and again in 2026. I will now use their service every six months to track my all my base line markers.
