Loved not having to prick my finger as I have always struggled with that. Test was easy to do, results were quick and so easy to understand. Only annoying thing was that my doctor didn't accept them and just repeated them themselves, after saying no to me in the first place. I don't like the idea of a subscription, but a yearly prompt email would be a great idea.

I began my journey with some anticipation. I really wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing. I had never heard of Thriva, but their offer was interesting. I completed the questionnaire online and ordered my test kit, which arrived the following day. Instructions were easy to understand. I took my blood samples using the new kit that you attach to your arm. It is indeed painless, but a bit fiddly using one hand only to attach and detach bottles. Having someone there to help would be easier. It is really important to read through the instructions first. I took the kit to the post office on the Monday morning and my results arrived on Tuesday evening. The report and results were easy to understand and provided advice on how to improve on the results and where to focus where necessary. Great advice. I will certainly repeat.

The turn around times on tests are quicker than GPs. You can keep track of your results on a regular basis and the doctor reports break all the information down for you so you can understand the roles these things play within your body and how you can improve them.
The website and app also offer more information about the tests, what symptoms they could relate to etc, just a very useful service so if there is a problem you can go to your GP with not only evidence but understand what that means for you too.

Home bloods were simple & painless to take, the process was easy. Results were fast & included an in depth report & recommendations.

Absolutely brilliant device. I have used the finger prick ones previously, which hurt! But there is no pain at all with this auto blood test. Warm your arm, drink some water, clean your arm, stick and go. I thought it didn’t work at first as it didn’t sting or anything, looked at the tube, and blood was coming out! Easy peasy. Had results back the next day too, so quicker than the 48 hours.

Really impressed with Thriva. The test was quick, easy to do at home, and the results came back fast and clearly explained. It’s been incredibly helpful in shaping my health plan and making more informed decisions. Would definitely recommend and will be using again

Unbelievable turnaround times! A totally painless experience, so quick, and efficient - my results were returned to me 24 hours after I took blood! I now have the information I need to take to my doctor to fast track better health

Brilliant Company

I have been using them frequently however I moved house and forgot to update my new address. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they sent another kit to my new address straight away

Very fast, efficient service. Easy to use and rapid results. Was recommended to this service by a friend and have used this now for several blood tests - would highly recommend.

Excellent blood testing service through Superdrug. Popped in to Superdrug clinic on way to work. In for less than 10 minutes. So easy. Will use again if needed and would highly recommend to others who dont have time to go to a GP.

The kit, app and instructions shipped quickly and the whole thing is easy to us. The advice given by the GP was good, although I think might have missed a couple of comments that I made on my health profile which may have provided additional context for one of my results. Some of the review pages on the app don't seem to be updated with my results even thought the test results page shows they were completed. All in all I would recommend it, but some aspects of the app and website could do with some work

So far my experience has been good, especially as they gave me credit for a unusual test outcome, ( 2nd test showed it was correct)

I did not receive the test, and they had to resend, when I did receive the test it was not labelled as to which test it was. Receiving access to the results is completed. Test results not clearly explained.

So easy to choose tests, easy to do, and results with full report were back to me the next day! fabulous service thank you

I have used Thriva for many years now. And will continue to do so. The support the team gives is excellent. They provide a wide range of metabolic complexes to choose from always giving a detailed explanation of the why and the impact on my health. Which is super important. This insight helps me shape both my food intake and training. This is why I like Thriva as an application. And BTW...the blood extractor aka AutoDraw is such a good piece of kit vs the finger prick. Makes the whole process so easy. Thank you.

Very angry that I ordered a one-time only test, only later to be subscribed. At every point in the purchase journey I selected once only and yet was still subscribed. There’s a total lack of clarity around this auto subscribe model and it’s very deceptive.
