Chef Christmas is the best chef I've ever met! The baking class was so much fun and the highlight of our visit in Houston. I can't wait to book with her again when we are back. Thank you again Chef Christmas.

I received a Cozymeal gift certifcate from my sons for Christmas and I am SO sorry they wasted their hard-earned money on this flop. “Chef” Tiffany was also late coming bringing a bag full of groceries from Aldi - yes Aldi, the cheapest grocery chain you can shop at. My guests were given two, small (as in one bite) lamb chops and my fillet had such much pepper on it I couldn’t eat it. We asked for medium rare and got well done. The broccoli was simply boiled in water and the “crab” mac’n cheese had no crab She used every pan I had, and banged around in the kitchen so much we couldn’t talk in the next room. The topper to the whole evening was when she was baking the soufffle’ it ran over, causing my oven to smoke and set off the fire alarm. TOTAL FREAKING DISASTER

This chef prepared meal was a disaster. The chef was 35 minutes late, dinner was not as advertised, and he left the kitchen a disaster, grease everywhere, dirty pots put away, etc. This was to be a celebratory retirement dinner for a recently retired military officer. What an embarrassment and disaster.

I chose a good chef on Cozymeal, and, to my surprise, I found a couple of other customers at his house who seemed to have come out of the slums, rude, and never seen at this level. Cozymeal accepts anyone without the slightest attention to who books. Given the current times, Cozymeal should find a way to verify who is booking in the interest of other clients and the chef. But Cozymeal doesn't because they don’t care. They don't give a damn.

Chefs are talented and professional, the company is interested only in bottom line.

Communication is not great on this website. I understand there will be a delay from request for an event to response, but reaching out to support to ask what typical timing is clearly irritated them. Um, that's precisely what support is for. The concept is good, not yet quite deliverable in all markets clearly.
Worst part? Even though the chef we requested declined the date & time - that was listed in this chef's own available times for request - Cozy Meal went ahead and ran a charge through our credit card. Seriously - what??! I'll expect that charge to be gone by end of week or a dispute will happen, but they seem to have a lot of hiccups to work out in what seems could be a fairly simple schedule-based service.
