Very happy with the service at CP Hart in the Wimbledon. We had help from Karen Dench with the design and helping choose the right products. Service was very efficient and the result is stunning.

CP Hart are well known and respected and our experience confirms why.

Our deep refurb has been long and frustrating. However, CP Hart and in particular Tracy Dixon, have been amazing throughout.

Always willing to answer technical questions and patient beyond expectation. Tracy seems to appreciate the stresses and strains of self builders that want a great end result.

We were apprehensive as we always viewed CP Hart as expensive, however, we have found they present good value for money.

For anyone undergoing a build or a refurbishment you will know how frustrating it can be dealing with suppliers and trades. Thanks to Tracy, CP Hart have ensured we have at least one supplier who hasn't added to the stress.

That is why they have got our business and why we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Anna Harcout and Michal Blake CP Hart Fulham Road Store are the most efficient team - so well organised - just on it throughout the whole process. Nothing a hassle - COMMUNICATION outstanding. They are role models for this company on how things should be done.

The experience with C.P. Hart is a long story, but the driver today was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly, respectful and efficient Bastien deserves the five stars I have given.

I have been dealing with Tracey Dixon, who, for me, has been very helpful. Tracey has always been helpful and has kept me up to date with my enquiries. Together, we have been able to win more quotes. I work in a plumbers' merchant, and C.P. Hart the Website and Tracey have made it easier for me to source the materials I require for my customers.

The service I have received at CP Hart has been excellent. The sales assistant, Syed, helped me select the items best suited for my space. The client support assistant, Kamile, was also very helpful when some items on my delivery did not arrrive. They should have been delivered directly by the manufacturer who failed to do so. Kamile sorted it out so that the delay in delivery was kept to a minimum.
Finally, but not least, Peter the delivery driver brought the items into the house for me even though it was supposed to be kerbside delivery. He could see I was on my own and could not move the items without assistance and so dealt with it all for me. Overall a very good experience.

They have an excellent range of premium products to make it possible to instal a bathroom to suit any taste. Their delivery team is highly professional (thanks Kevin and Ian) and their sales advisors know what they are doing, understand the products and provide excellent advice. The only downside is that some of the more exotic items take a long time to arrive.

It’s a big task to renovate a bathroom so we expected a tough journey. But we are so glad we stuck with CP Hart who helped us at every step. Not only did they go above and beyond with assistance and guidance, they were amazing and communicating with us. Special mention for Tracy who is a star. As an interior designer, it was a pleasure using high quality brands to create a seamless design. Looking forward to using them again. Thanks again CP Hart!

Great service & support for technical team on the phone. Took a while to get to the right person via the store, with repeated calls and mails but perfect when connected.

Excellent help from CPH customer service. I wanted to replace some toilets seats from an install in 2012. I wasn't hopeful after a fairly extensive google search but then went into my local CP Hart store. Who then directed me (in a friendly way!) to their after sales department online. Sandra was able to go and find the replacements, which then took a while but understandable, given the age of the product. They are not an identical match, so I couldn't use the existing mounts, but it was fairly simple to do the swap out of the mounts myself (thank you, YouTube). Very happy with the support throughout.

Great communication with the staff (Stacy is fantastic) including solid recommendations and smooth delivery (Bastien and Ian).
