Excellent customer service
Mandy Davies, Customer Service Consultant was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I had purchased a sink which was not opened until months after purchase, only to find it was too big. Despite it being outside the returns timing, Mandy allowed me to return it, and purchase an alternative. Pick up and delivery were excellent, with full communication between the delivery team. I would highly recommend using CP Hart.

Overall weeks later than promised, poor communication and the delivery was a shambles. I don’t think they realise that locations other than the Greater London Area are not rural backwaters. Will never use them again

Thank you for your recent feedback. I am very sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with your experience. As Head of Customer Services, I wanted to contact you directly regarding the concerns raised.
Having reviewed the order in full, I can see that the basin ordered through our website was advertised with an estimated lead time of 6+ weeks. The item was subsequently delivered shortly after this estimated timeframe.
However, I fully acknowledge that the final stages of the delivery process did not meet the standards either you or we would expect.
Unfortunately, there was an error on the part of our logistics partner which meant the originally agreed delivery date could not be achieved, resulting in the delivery taking place one day later than advised. I appreciate that this will have caused inconvenience and frustration, and for this we apologise.
I also understand that you spoke with members of both our web and showroom teams earlier today. Whilst I appreciate how frustrating delays and delivery issues can be, our colleagues always try to assist and resolve matters as quickly as possible.
We remain committed to maintaining constructive and respectful communication on all sides so that we can work together.
I have attempted to contact you by telephone this afternoon and have also sent a separate email, as I would genuinely welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and see whether there is anything further we could have done.

Excellent warranty claim experience
The transformer that powered the backlight on my mirror supplied by CP Hart stopped working. The mirror was still within warranty period and I have to say I was completely impressed how smoothe the process was in getting a new transformer which had to come from Italy.
I had to supply a short video of the problem so that the solution could be determined. This saved time on waiting on an engineer to call, Afterwards CP Hart kept me informed throughout the process and gave the delivery times for the new transformer.
I am very pleased to say that the new transformer has been installed (clear instructions on how to do it were also supplied) and the light on the mirror is now working as it should.
You always take a deep breath when claiming under a warranty howeevr my experience was first class in this case

Great experience with C.P. Hart from start to finish. Special mention must go to Bastien & Ian who carried out our delivery. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were so helpful, making sure our order was delivered as close to our front door as possible, not that straightfoward in London! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fabulous CP Hart
From walking into the fabulous CP Hart showrooms in Tunbridge Wells we have never had such wonderful customer service. James helped us with the design of our bathrooms and en-suites, always paying attention to what we wanted and striving to deliver, which he did! Then through to the delivery of the products, which were staggered but we were always kept up to date on everything and then to the delivery team, who were friendly, helpful and professional. Grant the delivery guy was here today and couldn’t have been more helpful. We cannot fault the CP Hart, Tunbridge Wells Team - truly a great place to shop!

Great quality and service…
We bought our bathroom from Wilmslow and found Dan and Emma extremely helpful, both during the purchase and post sale. The quality of products is high end and great value. We had a couple of issues due to external suppliers and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

Very good service, from ordering to delivery. Naz at the office helped finding the best products and Grant ensured that the delivery was succesful. He called me before the delivery arrived and made sure that the parcel was safely left at the property entrance.

I could not believe the wonderful customer service i received from CP Hart, totally professional, I felt listened too, the company went above and beyond to help me replace a part on my tap, that had just run out of warranty, they were so kind and helpful, i cannot recommend CP Hart highly enough, a 5 star service, whatever your needs.
