Smart bathroom cabinet, promptly delivered. It’s not installed yet but we wanted to single out the excellent service from delivery driver Bastien who kept us informed about his expected time of arrival, negotiated our narrow back road with a huge delivery truck, and went above and beyond, helping get the cabinet off the vehicle safely stored in our garage. Very kind indeed.

CP Hart supplied us with a full set of fixtures and fittings for our two bathrooms. The sales and supply service out of their Amersham branch, run by Fiona, was excellent. On discovering a manufacturing issue with one of the wall cabinets, Michelle of their after sales team dealt with it very promptly and professionally. I would be very happy to recommend them.

Bastien delivered my new vanity today in London and was incredibly friendly, helpful, communicative, and timely. Great experience!

The email comms from head office need to be refined a bit - the day before my scheduled delivery I received a calendar asking me to book a delivery slot. I assume system error, but a headache to check when with busy schedule and planning arrival times.

Customer service at CP Hart proved to be first rate. My sincere thanks to Mandy for her patience and not giving up when the first item proved to be the wrong one and the right one had to be tracked down, all based on a picture. Not easy when we are talking about bathroom fitments from over 20 years ago! It was found, supplied and fitted perfectly.

Amazing and prompt service and response from the after sales team following an enquiry that I made about spare parts for a shower purchased from CP Hart over 20 years ago- I was particularly impressed about the team's quick reply and willingness to be helpful

Bastien and Ian were the most helpful and friendly delivery team when they delivered some very heavy bathroom components earlier this week. We were impressed by their strength and care!

C.P. Hart is unquestionably the U.K.'s best supplier of top quality bathroom products - with service to match. We had a problem with a shower valve thermostat, some 15 years after it was installed, and Melissa Tucker in customer service left no stone unturned to resolve the issue for us. Tremendous!

I contacted CP Hart to enquire about replacement tap cartridges for our bathroom basin, which are replacing. The taps are probably 25+ years old. Although very expensive we decided to replace the taps with new (chrome pillar taps as before). Melissa and colleagues have been very helpful and attentive. I have given five stars although I question value for money for spare parts, which seem expensive.

Bastian & Ian were very helpful and jolly as they delivered my toilet. The tracking system worked well.

Very sorry to give a poor review. This is not about the team at CP Hart, who have been very courteous and up to a point very helpful. I recently purchased bathroom/toilet accessories like toilet roll holders, soap dishes etc. And it is with the soap dishes, that I have a real problem. Long made short. Knock the glass soap holder and it easily and quickly falls out of the metal holder. It is of course very well made and looks great. But that's not the point. I spoke to somebody (and even sent them a video). This issue was rejected by CP Hart, who claimed that the glass soap dish needed to be loose, so it could be removed. Sorry this is not correct. They obviously don't understand that there is a difference between loose and firm. Firm is good loose is bad. And since I have no desire to fit them and then a little bit down the road, they get knocked and fall and smash on the floor. They need to go back. Shame, as I would have preferred a product that was fit for purpose. BTW they were to replace rather old and sad looking Homebase holders, that were a fraction of the price, when bought 20 years ago. But the Homebase glass is held firmly in the metal loop, that forms part of the arm. If Homebase could get it right 20 years ago, I am confused why CP Hart don't understand this need 20 years on. Real shame. Looks great but form over function is not much help.

The service was great and prompt. The delivery drivers Conner.W and Peter were very friendly. Would definitely recommend 5/5 service
