I contacted C P Hart to place an my initial order and was very impressed by the service received.

From the outset I liaised with Syed Hasnain, and I found the communications from Syed to be prompt, friendly, helpful and professional.

All the queries that I raised were responded to without hesitation, and this was also evident when needing to return incorrectly ordered items as per Hansgrohe Customer Service advice.

I would not hesitate to order from C P Hart, their service was exceptional - Thank you Syed.

Michelle has been absolutely outstanding in handling the issue with the broken mirror. She actioned immediately and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my concerns were clearly communicated to the company that sold the mirror.

Throughout the entire process, she has been proactive, attentive, and consistently on top of every detail. She never once hesitated to address my worries and made me feel genuinely supported and heard.

I had a fantastic experience working with James Halsey at CP Hart Wimbledon. I went into the process not really knowing what I wanted for my en-suite bathroom but James made everything feel very easy from start to finish.

He was incredibly helpful throughout, offering guidance and suggestions without ever being pushy. He really took the time to understand what would work best in my bathroom and helped me feel confident in the choices we made.

Any issues that came up with the installation were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made the whole process far less stressful for me.

Bastien and Ian where prompt, polite and very helpful. they even moved a very heavey bath into the site to save our team having to rush and potentially stay late

Craig in the CP Hart Guildford showroom is super helpful and knowledgeable. Just one example of his excellent service is that he arranged the collection of one not needed item and redelivery of another within 12 hrs. Most appreciated!

The shower cartridge I initially received had a very slight leak when my plumber installed it. I reported this to the customer service team and my concern was dealt with on a timely and professional basis. I quickly received a replacement cartridge which I installed and which remedied the issue. The customer service representative, Michelle, was a pleasure to deal with and left me feeling very reassured. I’d happily use CP Hart in future for sourcing my bathroom equipment .

Michelle was incredibly helpful and communicative - she helped solve our mystery “missing” parts (which turned out to be hiding in a cistern frame ordered from another suppler). With her help, we located the parts we needed and were able to resolve the issue and fit our flush plate.

Delivery of my new sink and vanity unit was excellent. The delivery guys - Bastien and Grant - were super friendly and helpful; and efficient! All done in no time at all. What a nice crew!
