Good product. Good communication, faster delivery than recently posted, but I am concerned that nowhere on the website that it show this product was made overseas. I would like to have known that.

Very well made holster, very comfortable, cant is not adjustable but ok for 1 1O'clock to 4 O'clock carry position. Like all leather needs break in. Quality is exceptional

I needed a custom fit double mag holder for my S&W Shield EZ 9mm since these mags are quite different from other single stack magazine. Again Craft Holsters came through with one that provides great fit and retention. The removal is still a bit tight due to a couple of small tabs on the outside of the mags. I’m confident that with a little more break end that will resolve
It’s self. Another quality product that will last

I ordered a shoulder holster and by the time I got the holster I had added a Crimson trace to my Sig P320. I went out of town for a few months and left it behind. When I got back, I tried to swap the horizontal holster but time had passed. The associate sent me an email offering me a replacement holster for $109 plus shipping with a 30% discount. On Monday at 0446 I wrote telling them I would like to buy the replacement but another associate said I had to order it on Sunday before the unpublished deadline expired. Give me a break...who answers emails on Sunday or takes orders on Sunday. Just seemed like BS to me.

The quality of Craft Holsters products is supreme and would be difficult to beat.
Recently purchased a horizontal shoulder holster for a Canik TTI Combat, a belt, and the break in kit.
Thick and durable leather layered in all the right places, along with soft and comfortable leather in others.
The snap buttons, adjustment screws, and swivel pins are also very well made.
The thread used is strong and is easy to say will be lasting a lifetime or more.
All the same goes to the quality of the belt as well.
Break in kit had simple to follow instructions.
Once completed, the firearm fit perfectly.
Not overly tight to affect the draw but snug and secure to stay in place.
It was professionally packaged and sent with each item in a cloth like drawstring bag.
I requested the mag pouch to be custom fit for my extended mags.
This adjustment was no issue for them at all.
The customer service I received from Philip and Klaret was friendly, professional, and to me Top Notch!
To finish, due to their comfort, quality, craftsmanship and customer service I will not only be ordering many more holsters but also highly recommending Craft Holsters to everyone.

Purchased a Shoulder Holster and there break in kit i followed there instrutions to a tee holster stiching was very nice and professional the leather is excellent and overall great purchase

After waiting for 2 months for a custom fit holster, it finally arrived. It did not fit the pistol, so I followed their instructions for fitting the holster, working on it for an hour or two a day and letting it sit overnight with the pistol in a plastic bag in the holster. After 10 days the holster fits the pistol sitting on my bench, but once you put it on NOTHING is getting the pistol out. They only offer a store credit, who wants store credit after an experience like this???

I purchased a craft shoulder holster for Christmas and had it for two days and wore it about 3 times and two of the harness fasteners came apart and were lost. I contacted Craft by email and was advised that I could buy a replacement kit for approximately $10. I like the looks and fit of the rig but feel that Craft should replace the screws at no cost to me. Although I really like the holster rig itself I will never buy anything from Craft again.

After being asked to contact craft holsters I was still advised it was my fault the fasteners fell out and I could purchase the parts for $10. Thanks for the very poor customer support.

I’ve carried for 35 years. I can’t tell you how much money in holsters. Until now. Craft holster is the most comfortable and best quality holster I’ve found. The big dollar holsters I’ve tried were all hype. Craft holsters are all about quality and the customer service is amazing.

I finally received a response on 2.9.2025 from Craft Holsters from my 10.19.2024 review, it took them almost 4 months to even respond. Their response said they would address their customer service. Yeah, I will not be ordering from them again!!!

The leather holster and mag pouch are of good quality. I don’t have an issue with product. I have an issue with their service.

I ordered a leather holster and mag pouch on 10.10.2024 and received a 10% discount. I received an email that my order was shipped on 10.14.2024. I went to their website and saw they had a 20% discount. I emailed customer service and asked if they would extend the 20% discount as I just ordered it. This was the response that I received, and I quote:

“Yo got a 10% discount on your latest order. It is possible to set only one type of discount code at a time, not more.”

I have ordered several items without having to speak with customer service. I was not asking anything out of the ordinary. Is Craft Holsters willing to lose a customer over $15. I can afford that amount; however it is the principle of the matter.

I don’t plan on purchasing anything else from Craft Holsters unless this is resolved in the way that is fair.

Craft holsters has a great marketing department that's for sure. I purchased and received a shoulder holster for my S&W 686 3 inch 357 magnum. The craftsmanship was good and product looked very good. I spent about an hour getting the straps right for my dimensions . The fit was so sloppy and the revolver flopped around. It was a total joke and I would never consider leaving the house carrying like that. I bought this for professional use so very disappointed. I asked for a refund however they insisted I go through a process of filling out a form and taking a bunch of photos. I bought this so I can work...I don't have time for that. The design sucks for a heavy revolver and there's no making it better. I'll add it to my box full of useless holsters that promised to be the ultimate but were ultimate duds. Its good for playing dress up but if your serious about packing heat, this is not the one for you.

I ordered a holster for a pistol that was no longer in production. it took a couple of back and forth conversations and a couple of pictures but in a couple of weeks I received the holster that fit my gun like a glove. The leather is top notch and the stitching is excellent, I am very pleased and will definitely recommend Craft holsters going forward.

Easy to order high quality holsters. I have a decent collection of leather and cordura nylon holsters by Craftholsters. All a great value for the money. All provide a perfect fit for the mated handgun.

Great holster. This last purchase is for a Colt Python 2.5 inch. This is my 7th holster from Craft Holster. Do yourself a favor and get a holster from Craft you won’t be disappointed.

My Springfield Armory SA 35 holster arrived super fast and the quality and craftsmanship is superb. After a few days of placing my gun in a plastic bag and slipping into the holster, it now fits like a glove. Will definitely buy from this great company again and will recommend to everyone I know.
