Very easy to deal with. Have ensured several racing dinghies over the years. First time claiming for a damaged mast and got sorted without much hassle. Highly recommend.

A pleasure to work with over the years, no problem with insuring my wooden boat and paying out when I lost her 😔 and now that I found her again 8 years later and restored her they have insured her again 😀 can't ask for better than that. Boats name is "Old's Cool"

Helpful and professional
First time boating Insurance and I found the Craftinsure webside uncomplicated to get insured online. Required changes made to my policy was by phone call and was handled very professionally with very fast implementation. Overall a very helpful experience and competitive cost.

After my vessel being a total write off…
After my vessel being a total write off after the last big storm. Craft Insure and especially Rod a claims handler dealt with my claim in the most professional way. Claim payment received within a couple of days of agreeing a settlement . I will certainly be back to Craft Insure when I have found a replacement. Nigel
