I've recommended to fellow boater
They couldn't be any more different from the other hateful insurance companies i sometimes deal with.
They're quick to respond to any inquiry i had.
Very personnel and friendly service.
They were able to find a solution to my very unique problem and the pricing was reasonable.

Really great to have the personal contact with someone who gives their full name willingly and calls back immediately they get your message. Always willing to amend cruising areas with no fuss. So sorry to be sailing outside Europe to waters not covered but we'll be back to Craftinsure when we return to Europe.

Repairs to a sinking barge....
The instant and sympathetic and professional response to my claim was excellent. The initial response from Craftinsure was immediate and knowledgeable. The surveyor assisted me in very difficult circumstances to find a professional boatyard to undertake repairs to my barge. Communications were answered immediately and were clear. All told, I would highly recommend Craftinsure to Irish boaters.

Great service and quick communication via e mail, only wanted third party insurance, to protect us in case we accidentally damaged any boats or property, and insured our liability for sinking, only cost 90 euro + 50 euro excess great deals thanks Craftinsure ireland
