Hello. I completely disagree. You contacted us few months after ordering and attached the image with the sewing ( done correctly) but damaged by yourself. The brand you ordered is Nimbus, a brand that prides on its perfect sewing and excellent fabric used in their manufacturing process ( hence the high cost of this brand) .
You do mention that your local supplier mentioned this item has a defect not seen in the picture, I am just curious when did you managed to get in touch with them in the spawn of less than an hour of chatting with us.
Your item does extend the return with over a month and this item clearly shows that it’s been handled improperly .

We do understand you are not satisfied with our service however this is now our fault at all.
First of all, the items have been embroidered as per production sheet ( with no poor finish or any errors as confirmed in your first email)

The real reason we received this review is as follows.
1.You placed your order , uploaded a dark blue logo and left a note” delivery as fast as possible”.
2.As per our procedure, we send a mockup via email to be checked ( bare in mind the email specifies “check logo size, colours and spelling”)
3 . You approved the production sheet ( a lighter blue so it can be seen on your clothing) with” yes, that’s fine”
4. We processed your order faster and shipped it with dpd next day and not 3-5 business days as selected so you get them faster as per your note( see, we do follow instructions )
5. YOU COMPLAIN THAT THE LOGO SHOULD BE WHITE AND NOT BLUE! ( bare in mind , as you confirmed it yourself, nowhere throughout the entire process, you told us you need the logo in white)

Again, as communicated via email, we are not you, we are not your company, we do not read minds not take decisions for your business.
As a business owner you should understand that your logo ( including colours, layout and more) are your identity as a business and we not other external part will take decisions on your behalf without your input)

Other than that , all the best with your building business and hope you follow the approval sheet during your work( WE SURE DO!)
