Really pleased with the service from…
Really pleased with the service from Elite Embroidery. The quality of the embroidered clothing is excellent and exactly what we were looking for.
There were some unfortunate delivery issues with DPD, including a delay caused by a road traffic accident involving their delivery vehicle. However, Diogo was excellent throughout, keeping me updated, chasing things up with DPD and arranging replacement items when the original parcel couldn't be located.
Despite the delivery hiccup, the customer service was first class. Diogo was helpful, professional and quick to resolve the issue. I'd happily recommend Elite Embroidery and would use them again.
