Hi Tony,
Thank you for your review and feedback. We are glad to hear you were happy with the pricing of your polo shirts, but we are very sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery journey.
To help clarify the timeline: your order was approved on the 1st and dispatched on the 7th. Unfortunately, DPD misrouted the parcel to the wrong hub on the 8th, requiring a redirection that resulted in delivery on the 9th. While this final delivery fell right within our standard 5-7 working day timeframe from approval, we completely understand how stressful transit delays and a lack of clear tracking updates can be.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are actively working with our courier partners and reviewing our customer communication to ensure clearer updates throughout the shipping process. Thank you again for your business and your feedback.
Regards
Elite Embroidery
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, a really good range of clothing options and most importantly sizes, especially for petite females, so happy to have the opportunity to be able to get something personalised that fits me and doesn't swamp me. The quality of the embroidery is also excellent. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer. Forgot to mention the value for money.

First time customer
Was recommended by someone I know who bought from Elite embroidery and I gotta say I'm very impressed. Got 3 polo shirts, 2 hoodies and the bomber jacket and the quality is amazing. I did buy uniform from another supplier before and it was cheap material and logo transfers and cost a lot more. I'm definitely going to be ordering more from Elite in the future.
