We have felt really let down by Crafty Creations. We were so pleased at the beginning, we had help during the ordering process and were guided on lead times for it arriving in our new home and were encouraged by the positive communication. We were told our order would be closer to 4 weeks than 6 and in the end it was 10 weeks and very poor communication about the delays and delivery problems. When the table arrived, it was beautiful but completely the wrong colour, completely different to what we’d ordered. This was acknowledged in messages and we were told we would be sent lacquer to spray it ourselves which is not ideal when you’re spending nearly £1000 on a custom built piece of furniture, however, we agreed as we just really wanted it sorted. The lacquer has never arrived - a few messages to say there are IT problems ordering it and now they’ve stopped replying to our messages and we’re stuck with a table that doesn’t go with any of our furniture. We feel very let down and disappointed by this company and would not recommend. We will be going through our bank to try and claim a refund as the goods are not sold as advertised.

Delivery team were quick and efficient and ran through care instructions to help keep it looking peng.
And then there’s the table, absolute quality!!! Looks perfect in the centre of our dining room, you can tell a lot of work has gone into the production, it’s a real statement piece.

I ordered a table from Crafty Creations MCR following a recommendation from a family member.

Although the final table is exactly what I wanted, unfortunately I've not had the best experience getting to this point.

* The table arrived damaged on 26th April; the base unit was scratched and one of the legs too short, which meant it wasn't fitted correctly to the table top.
* Spoke to Ben, made him aware, he apologised and arranged for a new base to be made
* The replacement base arrived on 17th May but didn't fit the original holes.
The Delivery Driver explained that 4 additional holes would need to be drilled into the table top to allow the new base to fit.
I spoke to Crafty Creations and was offered a partial refund to compensate for this. This was agreed; additional holes were drilled and the new base fitted to the table top
* The refund was agreed to on 17th May and I provided my bank details.
This was responded with a request for photographs of the issue so it could be investigated.
I advised the member of staff that the refund had been agreed on the phone with Ben.
* Confimation email received on 18th May to let me know refund would be processed
* No refund received, so I followed up with an email on 21st & 22nd May with no response.
I rang on 22nd spoke to Ben who advised that he would process the refund
* 22nd May - partial refund received

Overall I am pleased with my new table, it looks good and it is great quality.
My negative experience relates to how the issue with the damaged based was rectified.
If the team knew that the base was bespoke to the table top, a brand new table top and base could have been offered back in April and the issue would of been resolved

Throughout the entire process, Ben and Jane were consistently available, providing us with valuable insights and promptly addressing any questions or concerns we had. When the table finally arrived, we were absolutely delighted with the result. Its lovely craftsmanship and design exceeded our expectations, and it has seamlessly integrated into our new kitchen space, adding both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Just taken delivery of our new kitchen table and what a beauty she is to finish off our new kitchen refurbishment. From placing the order to delivery today the customer service has been excellent. It is clear to see that every table is made with a love of wood and the customer at the heart of every order.

From ordering to delivery was very easy. I had a dining table made to order. To say I am delighted with the product is an understatement. Beautiful, quality, solid wood table and right on time for Christmas. The delivery chaps were very careful and couldn't have been any nicer. Thank you Ben and Jane for creating a stunning table.

Had an amazing bespoke sized dining table made. Super easy to get a quotation, pay and my table was received a month or so later. Great comms. Fantastic table. Couldn’t ask for more. They had even thought about making the base a size to fit through a standard size door. Outstanding company.

A beautiful table and great service right through to delivery and construction. Crafty Creations communicated with us effectively and were very helpful from start to finish of the process, including being flexible on delivery date to suit us. The table looks great and we have already received many compliments on it. Delighted!

These guys are amazing. Phenomenal service and I even wanted to change my order, which they did without any issue. So lovely to deal with - kept me up to date on delivery, and the delivery boys were a hoot! I’d highly recommend. Really good quality, I am so pleased and so so grateful for the service. We’d just finished an extension and got a brand new kitchen. Getting a table to fit and look good felt like an important decision which was difficult to make online. Ben was so helpful and invited us to the showroom to look at the colours and an example they had ready to go. Service was brilliant from start to finish; the delivery blokes were great too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your bespoke furniture needs!

I’ve had two tables now from Crafty (coffee table and dining table) and they’re perfect! Excellent quality, beautiful design made by a wonderful team. Jane and Ben were extremely professional and helpful when I was choosing my design/finish. Couldn’t rate them enough!

Great service and beautiful products! We initially bought a dining table a few months ago and were so pleased with it that we've just bought a coffee table which we're equally delighted with.
Communication with Ben was fantastic and the tables arrived on time and were aassembled by a friendly and professional delivery driver.

Great experience with this business. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service when communicating and asking a variety of questions. Myself and my partner have been renovating our first home so wanted the right colour / style dining table to compliment our style home. Jayne & Ben were both quick at responding to our questions, and supported our purchasing journey with great care & compassion and immediately corrected anything that wasn’t right.
