Seamless experience, from placing the order to receiving the product, everything perfect

First off my Sign is AMAZING! And looks fab!
We had an issue with the delivery being delivered to the incorrect address.. the team were amazing, responsive, located the parcel and had it re-delivered to me in a couple of days!

I would not hesitate to order again!

Quick and easy choice on website. Order has come exactly as planned. Very happy

Excellent all around my lad loves his sign for his gaming set up!

Super quick, helpful responses and delivery for a custom neon sign. Great quality. I love that you can change the brightness of the light with the remote and that it comes well packaged and secure. 100% recommend crafty neon signs to anyone. Thank you so much :)

First class service from start to finish. From placing my order subsequent to using Crafty Neon Signs website facility to design our neon sign, then receiving a timely 'mock up' from James - then only one week later receiving the sign which we are delighted with. I can whole wholeheartedly recommend Crafty Neon Signs.

Quick delivery. Great product- very pleased.

Easy to use website, lots of options e.g fonts, colours to choose from to ensure bespoke if that is what you’re after.

James will double check the design with you before manufacturing, which is a nice touch, as sometimes you have slight tweaks, even though you have confirmed the order

Smooth and efficient process from start to delivery, instructions inside & good quality product. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service. James kept us full updated, sent mock ups for us to review and was there for any question I had throughout. Sign arrived earlier than anticipated which was amazing and we were blown away by the quality and accuracy the sign was to the artwork. I host a successful podcast and my studio is filled with neon signs but this one trumps every sign we have and I will most certainly only get my neons from Crafty Neon signs from now on. Super super happy!

Fantastic service from start to finish, great customer service sending me a mock up photo before producing it to make sure we were happy with the neon name sign, my daughter loves it 5 ⭐s

Best customer service I’ve ever had via WhatsApp, very quick and super easy.
We bought 3 neon for our business @youlookcrisp which one is a massive sign for the outside of the shop. The neon are amazing, great delivery and incredible quality for the price you pay.

Absolutely highly recommend this company.
We will buy again

Brilliant service from start to finish. We had quite a tight deadline for our sign but James managed to get it to us with plenty of time to spare. The quality of the sign is impeccable, very hard wearing when we took it to a trade show. We got lots of compliments on the sign. Highly recommend this company!

Great service and great quality product. Ordered a custom neon sign of my logo and it’s INSANE! The service was great and it was delivered in a quick time (even without using the express shipping option)! Couldn’t recommend this company enough for all your neon needs.

Highly recommend.
Quick communication and detailed attention to the prompt. Thanks a lot!

What can I say other than exceptional service, communication, fabrication and delivery time. Ordered, fabricated and delivered within 5 days!! My final product is made to exactly how the proof images and media were sent were over the moon. Highly recommend this company. I contacted the top 5 companies for custom neon signs that came up on Google and these were the only ones to respond. Sent them the logo I wanted made into a neon sign and it came out exactly even down to the same fonts.

Messaged to check the design first which was a nice touch.
Came well packed and looks amazing up.

Brilliant quality, the sign was exactly as described and loads of features. If you want a neon sign do not bother looking anywhere else.

From start to finish I had a great experience with this company! Once I placed my order I was contacted to confirm all my choices and sent images of a mock design to ensure everything was perfect. Once I confirmed my order was with me within a week and arrived packaged perfectly. The sign itself is fantastic, it was bought as a gift to be wall mounted in our home and I cannot believe the size and quality for the price! I was dubious of the lights themselves but they're extremely bright and look almost identical to a real neon, they really bring a room to life. The sign also comes with a couple of different mounting options included and clear instructions on how to set up. Will definitely be looking to order another in the future.
