Crafty Neon Signs Reviews

Very happy with the sign. Great service.

The sign looks great and is well made. The delivery was on time and the courrier service was excellent.

From the start this company were excellent, great communication, I was informed all the way along and very pleased when I received the finished product.

Sign is great very pleased and reasonably priced

The light I ordered arrived on time, in a sturdy wooden box looking much better than the preview photo - beautiful in fact. There was a small issue with the dimming function but the customer service I received was absolutely brilliant. I am so grateful to James for persevering to resolve the problem. I would definitely use this company again were I to need another neon sign.

Excellent quality product. Delivered when they said it would be. Several mounting methods supplied. Just all round, very good.

Very easy to order!

Thank you

After trawling through different websites, I finally found crafty neon signs and thank God I did not only was the site easy to use the price was fab, I did worry a little as I didn't hear anything back other than a confirmation email, but the sign arrived within the 10 days stated and we loved it, and it's admired by all clients. Definitely recommend

I was very nervous about ordering a neon sign as it was a lot of money and as I was ordering online, I really didn't know what quality to expect.
Crafty Neon Signs was the cheapest option by far and the sign is perfect!
Ordering was simple and it even arrived a day early so I had it ready for my launch! It really did make my day and was the perfect finish to my pop up cheese and wine bar.
100% would recommend!!

Super communication. Ordered my sign in the font I thought I wanted, had an image sent through of my design and the font wasn’t quite right so I asked if I could change it. There was no problems from their end with this and they sent through another mock up image before it was sent to print. Love my sign. Thank you so much.

Fantastic product, quick delivery, easy to use website

Excellent from start to finish

We are really pleased with our neon sign for our business and the professional service we received from Crafty Neonsigns. Would highly recommend using them.

The sign came very quickly, was packaged well and came with very clear instructions on how to mount / hang it. The sign itself is really bright and just perfect for the space I ordered it for.

I found that the CS team were very responsive too when I had a question, they got back to my email immediately.

All in all, a very good experience and I would use them again without hesitation.

Really pleased with my custom neon sign – great communication and speedy delivery. Highly recommend!

Fabulous sign, made and delivered in under 2 weeks!

I bought a neon sign from crafty neon signs and I have got to say they were fantastic in every aspect of purchasing this sign. I would also say the website doesn’t do the finished article justice as the sign is far better than what you see on the website. If anyone reading this is thinking about buying a neon sign I would have no hesitation in recommending this company apart from value for money the item is absolutely beautiful.Thank you crafty neon signs.
