Do not use this company! Many complaints and they are cowboys. If you complain or ask for complaints book you are ignored and blocked. Unprofessional company that will rip you off!

Made a terrible mess of my bar counter, poor workmanship and do not respond to remedy the work. Not recommended.

I worked for this company, and I strongly advise you to never deal with them. They treat employees terribly, make promises they never keep, and do not pay the money they owe.
Constant excuses, silence, and zero responsibility.
They behave with employees the same way they do with clients - take what they want and then disappear.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company.

I want to strongly warn everyone about Creado Con Epoxy. This company engages in downright criminal practices. They constantly hire new people, make them work, but then fail to pay them anything at all. Not a single agreement is kept, and contracts mean absolutely nothing to them. Do not work for them under any circumstances and do not do business with them. They are pure scammers, so please be extremely careful!

Fantastic service with a very friendly disposition, no hard sell. Job is completed when I filled out my customer satisfaction sheet. Superior quality and installation. Followed through on their commitments. Price is very competitive. Highly recommend for stone carpeting and designer epoxy flooring.

Please be warned about this father and son company, I had the misfortune to book them to cover my worktop in Alicante, they came to quote, I was happy with price and gave them 10% deposit. A month later they came and asked for the total amount for work of they would leave! In a Canadian accent “that’s just how it is” he said. They applied the resin to my worktop and left with a dust sheet to catch the drips. 3 hours later I return to find the sheet had dropped and resin was covering my washer, cooker, floors and doors! His response was water it down (it’s not water based?) luckily I had thinners to remove most and he came back next day.
On return we found he got resin all over my hob which could not be removed, he agreed to pay for a replacement (he never did)! I cleaned the kitchen by myself but this was not the only issue!! It gad ran, there was resin on my new sink, there was a bad reaction and bubbling where the surface had not been prepared clean enough. He agreed to machine down and re apply a new coat of resin over the top as it was such a mess! He came back a month later to apply the new surface over the old attempt which on 1st glance looked ok but the pattern under the second coat could be seen through the new coat so looked dirty, the surface was not polished of Shiney, the top could easily stain as I found out with 1 grain of rice from a curry!
Nathan Leo (owner) said he would come back again but never did and made more excuses not to, I gave messaged others and they tell me similar encounters with these people, CREADO CON EPOXY SL told me to address their legal, which I dad twice but never replied. I asked for the Hola de reclamations but again on deaf ears! I now have appointed an Abogado to fight my case as the Co refuse to give their insurers . Please think twice before letting these in your home as they have trashed my kitchen.
