Hi the delivery was fast and on time just the cream charger it's self malfunctioned it wouldn't turn off it all just came out and it was wasted unfortunately

Prompt Delivery and great communication from the team

Great Service!
I had a mess up with my first order where I put my address in wrong to begin with, when I couldn't be delivered and needed my order by Saturday, I was given great help in ordering a new order on time and processing my refund for the first one with delivery included. Sam Bramwell was who helped me and he was fantastic

I had a timer on screen saying I had…
I had a timer on screen saying I had hours left to order the product for next day delivery. Now I have had an email saying I won't be getting them till the 14th of march. That is Monday. Not next day thats 4days later. What was the point of me ordering. I now have no stock for the weekend and I won't be able to get anything in the sort amount of notice they gave me. I got a message at about 4oclock saying my delivery will be Monday. Not next day! They have no contact details apart from email. Do not trust there next day delivery

We are currently liaising with this customer.
Mr Poole ordered on Friday but choose "next working day delivery" at checkout and expected to get the products on Saturday. I can confirm the timer works fine, the customer just made an error when ordering at checkout.
Mr Poole then also claimed that Saturday delivery wasent an option when I explained this. We have looked into this and cannot see any issues.

Expected them the following day but did not receive them due to a problem with there website so asked for a refund only to be refunded and the product sent the following day will use again. Problem with there site was not there fault but did not expect refund with the product thank you

This company has a timer on the order…
This company has a timer on the order page which clearly states if you order within these ‘hours’ you will receive the next day.
I ordered Thursday evening and it said I still had so many hours until it times out and I wouldn’t receive the order the next day.
However after placing the order I then got an email saying the item would reach me by Monday. I needed the chargers for Saturdays event.
The timer on the page ensured me I would receive the order by Saturday. However this was not the cAse
I emailed the website to ask why the order would not make it in time for Saturday. They explained I made the order to late. However when I went back on the website on Friday the timer stated that if I ordered today I could receive by Saturday!
So all in all a confusing and disappointing experience.
The timer is a lie! Or they lie!
Who knows but didn’t receive the product in the timely manner they advertise!!
