The Spirit Warehouse is a spin off company of The Little Whisky Shop (our sister company) taking the burden of online sales from the shop so the shop can concentrate on serving the loyal local customers and the Spirit Warehouse concentrate on serving our loyal and new online customers. Both companies are small independent specialists, dealing in whisky and other craft spirits, including gin, rum, and vodka. We believe in offering the best value we can and are exceptionally competitive competing with the biggest online retails despite them being able to give away in promotions more than we turnover every year! Both companies, owned and run by the same people, pride themselves in giving the best advice they can and making your purchase as easy as possible. They sent me 6x2cl jagermeister.
So I got charged 22 quid for 6 bottles of jagermeister that should have cost less than a tenner.
They haven't replied to me either.
Family run business?
Sounds more like run by gypsies.
You'd be a fool to order from these pirates.

Hi Scott,
Thank you for the review! We are a family run business and we were in the process of sorting this out for you and writing a reply to your email when this review arrived. This was a genuine mistake and unfortunately mistakes do happen. Clearly the size of the stock changed and we did not spot it to be able to update the website. These normally sell in person in the shop and this was the first online order for them.
There are just 2 of us and we are working flat out, so it does occasionally take a day or two for us to be able to respond to all the messages we get.
We will continue to draft the email response so this can be sorted.
Just for clarity the Jagermeister was actually £15 not £22 (£2.50 each which is actually market average for single 2cl bottles)

PS the email you sent us was exceptionally rude and really unwarranted.
Threatening in an email if it not sorted in 24hrs you will leave a bad review is not really allowing sufficient time for a busy business to respond and resolve.
All you needed to have done was make us aware there had been an error and it would have been sorted.
Already ordering again
Just had three miniatures turn up. Very well packaged.
Lovely message and whiskey’s lovely.
Drank all three and going on line for my next three miniatures.
I am new to whiskey and this is great for finding something you like.
Very personal service even though on line.

This was an innocent mistake made whilst processing a manual order for another Martin. In haste we selected the wrong email address. We immediately corrected this by cancelling the order (refunding it on the system) and redoing it. We did email you to apologise for the mistake.
Post Review update:Thanks for correcting the review following my response. Much appreciated. We ave had major issues with emails and have had to change our provider. I hate IT and I own a software company! :-)
