I would not recommend ordering from this business based on my experience. My main concern relates to the Coca-Cola being sold. The product I received appears to be an imported version rather than the standard UK product, but this was not made sufficiently clear in the product description before ordering.

In my opinion, customers should be given clear and accurate information about the products they are purchasing, particularly when an item is an imported version. This should be clearly stated in the listing so that customers can make an informed decision before placing an order. There can be differences between imported and UK-market products, including labelling, ingredients, packaging and applicable taxation, so transparency is important.

What was equally disappointing was my experience with the business's customer support through TikTok. I contacted them regarding my concerns and found the responses to be unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Regardless of whether a business agrees with a customer's complaint, I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. The way a company handles a complaint can be just as important as the original issue.

I would have expected the business to provide a clear explanation regarding the imported product and to address my concerns professionally. Unfortunately, I did not feel that this happened.

I hope the business takes this feedback constructively and considers being much clearer about imported products in its descriptions, as well as reviewing how customer enquiries and complaints are handled. Greater transparency and a more professional approach to customer service would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

Based on my experience, however, I would be reluctant to order from this business again.

Great comms, great delivery, good prices what's not to like?

This is the best place to buy ice drinks from value for money and super quick delivery. I've used them three times now and from twice I've gotten them within 48 hours. Third time over Easter which took a little longer which was fine.

Placed an order, it didn't arrive. Emailed, finally got a reply saying they would send tracking number the next day. No tracking number. FINALLY order has arrived and it's not what I ordered. Have emailed asking for return address but just been ignored. Save your money. Will start chargeback proceedings

Will order again but the Tayto mystery box or what we thought was it was just 4 x 6 pack and we thought it would be a mix of all flavours on the picture not how it came.

I had an issue ordering through TikTok Shop where my order was not delivered after reaching the final Evri delivery station. I’m not sure how Evri lost it at my local delivery station, as it’s very small.

This was completely out of Glencrest’s control, and I was issued a discount code and a full refund. I opted to order through their website instead, and it was flawless. Quick dispatch and delivery from UPS. Thank you, much appreciated!
