Poor Communication and Excuses. No Arcade. No Refund.
I purchased an arcade a couple of years ago and had a great experience. Not sure what has gone wrong with this company since then. I purchased a light gun upgrade kit for $900 to add to my arcade February of this year. It would not work. Went back and forth to get any help from this company. They had to keep sending parts that they forgot to include with the initial delivery. After installing, it still wouldn’t work properly. I kept reaching out for help. Until I was ghosted several times. I couldn’t get a response until a left a review with the BBB. Then suddenly they reached out to me. After a couple of phone calls, I was confident and happy with the solution. They were going to just ship an entire new machine with the guns already to replace my current machine. I just needed to pay the difference. Which was $1500. I actually trusted them to follow through and make this right. So I paid it. I told them my main issue is the poor communication. And was assured I would get constant updates and follow through. That was in June. I was told I’d have the new machine within 2 weeks. Nothing. I had to keep reaching out for updates. I would either get no updates. Or constant excuses and promises of a new delivery date. Which never came. It’s now been 4 months. With nothing. I requested a refund. But now I’m being ghosted on that too. So now I’m out $1500 for an arcade I never received, plus the $900 I paid for the guns that do not work. I’m sick of the lies. I’m sick of the empty promises. I’m sick of the excuses. I just want my money back, and will never recommend Creative Arcades to anyone ever again.

Charlie, I want to personally apologize to you. I completely understand why you are frustrated, especially after being promised solutions and delivery dates that were not followed through. You should not have had to repeatedly reach out just to get an update, and I’m truly sorry for the way this was handled.
We are a small business, and over the past few years, things have grown significantly for us. While we are grateful for that growth, we also recognize that our responsibility is to make sure we continue taking care of every customer properly, regardless of how busy things become. We have been working hard as a team to keep up and improve our communication, but that does not take away from the experience you have had, and we take responsibility for that.
I’m stepping in personally from this point forward, and I will make sure this gets taken care of. We are going to ship your new Slim Stand-Up with the light guns already installed, calibrated, and fully tested by the end of next week. We will also coordinate the swap-out so we can take back the machine that is not accepting the light guns and replace it with the new working unit. I ordered the unit for a wedding event in my new home pub on June 3rd for a September 20th party its now September 28th still sitting in shipping warehouse in California with a supposed to be delivery week of October 5th my math not the best, but the 4-6 week promised shipping time is off by my math around 10 weeks I understand the wrapping was back ordered fine call someone give them REAL updates but when your promised that the material came in and it is positively shipping on Friday and a week later told a totally different story it doesn't sit well, I only ever do reviews normally if it's a really good review I own a retail store and know there are 2 sides to every story so in the future maybe be honest on shipping times so you don't disappoint the customers who want to be loyal

Your machine has been more difficult to source than anticipated, as we build these units here in the U.S. and had unexpected delays obtaining the necessary components and wrapping materials. While our owner has been dealing with a serious personal health matter alongside an unusually high volume of orders, we understand that this does not change the frustration you experienced.

Creative arcades did a great job and it really sets our cabin apart. I will say, be patient. It is NOT a quick process. My order fulfillment took about 6 months but the communication was great. Amazing Custom Racing Arcade
We had been looking for something unique for our game room, and after seeing what Creative Arcades offers, we decided to go with a custom racing arcade. The customization was one of the biggest reasons we chose them because we wanted something that would fit the look of our space rather than just buying a standard machine. The final artwork turned out fantastic, and when the machine arrived, it honestly looked even better in person. The racing experience is incredibly fun, especially when we have friends over and everyone starts competing. Machines delivered broken and never Fixed.
I had three Arcade Machines delivered. One was delivered broken and the stand up arcade machine partially works. Its a 4 player machine but only one player works. The light guns do not work. I tried to schedule service multiple times and the Salesman Brian said the technician was coming but this never happened. I spent $34,000 for 4 machines and only one works. Very upset with my service and feel ripped off.

I took about two months to ship
I took about two months to ship. When arriving to Dallas, the shipping company scheduled a delivery date, took time off from work but never received item. After calling several times shipping company said it was in a train waiting to unload. Until now. I do not know where my item is or when I’m receiving it. Will not go with this company for future purchases. Initially, customer service was great.

On December 6th, 2025, I ordered a three-person cocktail arcade table for over $4,700. I was told delivery would be by the end of January, and I was happy to wait the 7–8 weeks.
That date came and went. Each time I followed up, I was given a new delivery date — often after waiting two weeks just to get a response. February passed, then spring.

The microswitches on the arcade deck register inputs as fast as a perfectly indexed database query pulling a local file. The cabinet artwork and screen bezels look premium. The internal volume dial is hyper-sensitive, jumping from whisper-quiet to deafening with barely a millimeter turn.
