THIS IS AS SIMPLE AS IT GETS
I've been trying to set up my social media platforms and advertising and exposure for about a year now. I did not know anything about marketing or social media and everything was presented as being very simple. That was the understatement of the century when you're trying to piece together all the pieces and learn all of the jargon and coordinate with multiple programs and techniques, it becomes overwhelming. I'm a tenacious person and I wanted to quit many times. Creator U and Sam cart and typeset are The easiest to use to get content ready to publish in a matter of hours rather than months. It isn't necessary to learn everything. There is to know about social media marketing in order to start getting your product out there and making revenue so you can grow. Using Creator U I had my product outlined in an ebook and a sales page ready to be posted to social media in a matter of an hour. Knowing anything about marketing and social media did not help me. I could have done this a year ago and not wasted all that time. I learned a lot over the course of the past year but I did not need to know that to start getting myself out on social media .
The objective is to get out there as quickly as possible. So stop sharpening pencils and pedaling nowhere and jump into Creator U

Scammed! Company stole hundreds

I got a $239 charge out of nowhere from this company. I did not make the charge and got no response from the company.
Contested it with my bank and my dispute was denied and I got a chargeback!! What the heck?! This company stole hundreds from me!!!!!!

Refund request ignored
I registered for a reduced fee access to the platfrom for a year in January 2025. I couldn't get my head around the platform and have not used it since Feb 2025. I have since stopped using the email I registered with. I then noticed a fee for £177 come out of my bank for recurring charge. I immediately contacted CreatorU to request a refund as I will not use, nor had any intention of signing for another year. Despite 11 emails issued, the only contact I get is from robots with zero assistance from CreatorU.

Slow to non-existent response to refund requests. Be sure you want to purchase from creatoru.com. Their refund procedure is a nightmare, with AI email responses, rather than human involvement. In this day and age other conpanies will give a refund right away when cancelling within a few days of an annual renewal. These guys will make you wait with only AI responses. Terrible.

Dubious Charges, unresponsive, don't get trapped
I was shocked to receive a notification for 239usd planned for 23Dec. I do not use the product, let alone know I was signed up for. I have since tried to log in to Samcart to no avail; it does not recognize my email. I have sent numerous messages to the support email provided, but to no avail. No one to speak with, only tickets created with no resolution. No chart line. Needless to say, I was charged in 2024 as well.

Accelerator - don't do it
I signed up for the Accelerator, which was promised to be a "done for you" program. What they delivered was an interview btw them any myself that has been recorded using Google Meets and a selling page that ChatGPT could have done better in 2 minutes. Oh, and all of this embedded into Samcart, so they are locking you into their platform. Don't sign up, it's a total waste of money

Misleading And Untrustworthy
I joined the CreatorU Accelerator programme in order to help build my online digital business, i invested over $8,000 into this programme down to what was promised. They led me to believe that they would put everything together for me with my knowledge and expertise but this didn’t happen.
I was also told a very senior person was involved in this programme and that I would be building my business along with him, aswell as having several zoom calls with this person, but I received one call and that was it.
Once the programme was built I was told I would’ve help with all the marketing, the ad structures, social media etc, all I received was some AI written social media posts! There was no help at all.
I then went back to them to say that nobody had brought the first ebook and I expressed my concerns about the sales page as I didn’t think it was clear enough I was told to just “wait it out”.
Nothing ever came from this programme it was a complete and utter scam.

CreatorU-Accelerator (SamCart) - Misrepresentation
𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐝, 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭, 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐮𝐲!
I joined the “𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘜 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳” on January 8, 2025, after months of polished marketing and success stories. I paid $7,000 for the program. Based on my experience, what I received did not match what I believed was being sold.
The real value of the program, as I saw it, came from a senior coach whose guidance was powerful, practical, and genuinely helpful. His presence and leadership were part of what convinced me to join. When that coach suddenly disappeared, the entire program, in my experience, lost its structure, quality, and sense of stability.
What followed mainly were repetitive slide presentations and sessions led by relatively inexperienced staff running “𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩” and “𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘴” calls. In my view, the quality of support dropped significantly. Basic questions often went unanswered, and the experience no longer resembled the mentorship-style program I thought I was buying.
Key deliverables, as I understood them, disappeared. Training replays were removed. The coaching structure shifted without clear explanation. The “𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳” I purchased no longer felt like the same program being delivered later in the year.
When I raised concerns and eventually requested a refund, I was told I should have decided within five (5) days of joining – despite this being a long-term, high-ticket coaching program.
Five days to somehow predict leadership changes, removed deliverables, or a drop in quality. Even without those later changes, I personally consider that an unreasonable policy for a program of this type.
During this dispute, content I had created inside their Typeset platform was deleted. I was not given a proper opportunity to secure my recordings and work before they were removed. As an EU citizen, this raised serious concerns for me about how my data was handled, stored, and deleted.
This experience has been financially damaging, professionally disappointing, and personally disheartening.
I also spoke directly with other participants who reported similar concerns: sudden coaching changes, missing deliverables, and a program experience that, in their view and mine, did not line up with what was originally advertised.
Everything I have written here is based on my own documented experience and communications while I was a paying customer.
If you are considering the “𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘜 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳,” please be cautious. Ask detailed questions. Get clear, written confirmation on deliverables, leadership, access, and refund terms. Do not rely solely on the marketing or sales calls.
I am sharing this review so that others can make a fully informed decision and, I hope, avoid the disappointment I (and others I spoke with) experienced.
