Wish I could give no stars, this company takes advantage of people who are struggling and that are in a panic. Hopefully you aren’t in the middle of identity theft like I was because they will do nothing but take your money and do nothing with it. The initial charge is $578 plus an additional $99 a month. 5 months in and I see no results. This company is a scam. Save yourself the trouble and get help elsewhere.

My experience with the customer service representative was very informative. She got straight to the root of the problem and was very patient. From conversing with her I know this fraud situation will be fixed.I forgot her name but I know her name starts with the letter "L".This rep definitely exemplifies great representation of Credit Clerk.

The representative was patient, he listened and was was so very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did. I was very impressed and pleased with the results of a very bad situation. I was spammed by someone pretending to be an Experian fraud credit person.

Credit clerk charge double when you split the payments and if there's a mistake made they are unable to adjust payment as they had already done the service you didn't request.

Agent R.B was easy to talk to and used clear communication. Seemed well with knowledge on my issues with my credit. Definitely someone you want to keep around.

The gentleman was very detailed about my credit reports. However, uploading address document was discouraging due to the amount of times I had to upload. I also misheard the amount to process,$578. I found that to be expensive. I do not want to pay $99 a month for any updates. Otherwise, I was pleased with the information I received.

My credit has always been pretty bad and I didn't fully understand why. Abi was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had and was able to help me sign up or the program which did help fix a lot of errors on my reports. I appreciate the time and effort he took to help me. The website it really easy to use, I was able to change my payment card and keep an eye on my reports. There are also lots of useful tools they have available to help you build up your credit. Thank you!

Oh my Lord! I had a phone call today that shook me up bad with credit issues. A man called said he was from Experian. Informed me that I owed thousands of dollars on certain credit cards. I immediately called your company and Miss Jeneiver saved my sanity and brought me back to earth. Miss Jeneiver spent over an hour correcting, explaining issues in terms that I understood, answered all my questions, ask me if I understood her explanations! People are sneaky and have no morales for this man who called had all of my extremely private information that can ruin someone's life. It's very scary nowadays. Miss Jeneiver saved me and seriously my SANITY. I PAID THE $99 FOR MY ACCOUNTS TO BE PROTECTED. She also didnt rush me. I was lost. Helping to understand my options
