The result of my inquiry were more than I expected. y'all was answered by Kimauni . I had called to get a copy of my credit report. He suggested that he would look at my feport and find out if any entries could be dis;Usted. He knew what to look for and suggested some actions that would help change my report. Then with my permission he initiated those actions. He also delayed the fees due by getting his supervisors permission. He was helpful, kind, courteous, and knolegable. I am very pleased with the help I got and would recommend Experien because of the help he gave and his handling of my situation.

I thought i was calling the actual credit bureau. I asked if this was a credit bureau and they said they worked with them??? Then they wanted all my info and said they found 4 issues on my credit report that they could take off to raise my score. I just wanted a card that wasn't mine on my report taken off. They wanted to charge me $400 to do this and fix my issues. I said I don't have the money then they said we'll, for $178 we will do 2 of the issues and take the card off. I wasn't to sure about this whole thing but then again I never had this issue. I paid the $178. After I got off the phone I did some research on them and found out they have high fees and don't do refunds. That to me is a scam! I called back the next day and said I'm sorry but I would like a full refund. It hasn't cleared through my bank yet. I see that I could do all this for free if i called the actual credit bureau. The guy put me on hold to talk to his manager. When he came on the phone it was like he almost forgot where he was? He studard then paused then said this is Credit Clerk. I told him I would like a full refund. He said he has sent the funds to the credit bureaus and they don't do refunds. Then he said have a good one and hung up. Not professional at all. Scam!!!!

Seems to be the best call we have made for a long time Christine was very good and very knowledgeable after losing our jobs and being scammed by a debt elimination company we had little hope for a decent outcome hopefully your company will do what we were told they could do time will tell but we do have confidence in what she told us. Great Customer service and representation.

The process is a bit pushy and gives one no time to contemplate or review the information provided. I ultimately would not agree to anything in the first call and was initially told they could not “hold” my offer but after I terminated the call after several efforts to negotiate I received a text and email letting me know to reach out when I was “ready” to proceed. I can not speak with the quality of the work they say they can do and only my initial communications.

After discussing this with my adult daughter and considering options, I did text back and let them know. I was happy to proceed. I received a call and although I was in the middle of something was told that they couldn’t hold it open and they wanted my credit card right then in there and that they weren’t able to get off the phone and again I said I will not agree to pay anything until I review a contract. I was told that they would not charge my card until I reviewed the contract which they were emailing and texting Me. It is more like dealing with car salesman. These initial contacts. I hope they can produce the work they say they do in the results. They say they do because initially I have a very bad taste of my mouth about the company.

They are known to be a fraud
