To know they are people you can trust, they were able to save me alot of money and to know they were there to help me if creditors called.

I am writing this review of DebtRx because I have just recently completed my debt consolidation program through this company.

The true value of a company is largely represented by the quality of its employees. Employees are important because they are the people with whom you interact to make use of the company’s products or services. Since DebtRx is a service company focused on helping their customers with debt consolidation, the quality of the employees within this company are critically important to the experience any customer will have when hoping to achieve their best financial outcome.

It was my extremely good fortune to meet and work with two such quality employees at DebtRx. These two people very ably helped me to enroll and get oriented in the DebtRx program and then work closely with me to save me about $17,000.00 off my outstanding debt amount, allowing me to become completely debt free in less than a year.

The two employees I’m referring to are Dale Hillis, my Enrollment & Orientation Advisor and Christine Crowley, my Account Manager. Both of these employees were truly exceptional to work with. Each of them have exemplary customer service skills. They also made
me immediately feel at ease and confident about the process I was about to undergo. In addition, they always followed through on answering any/all questions or concerns I had about the process I was going through. Best of all, Christine Crowley, my Account Manager, is the “miracle worker” who not only saved me about $17,000.00 on my total outstanding debt, but also consistently kept me up-to-date on the progress she was making in resolving my debts.

Finally, I’d like to compliment DebtRx on being a company that has had the foresight to hire and retain high quality employees like Dale and Christine. Without the help and support of Christine and Dale, I honestly don’t know how I would have been willing to continue on as a customer of DebtRx and go through the long, drawn out debt consolidation process. Christine and Dale are real assets to DebtRx and should be recognized as such.

The agents at Debt Rx treat you with respect and care. Ivbegan the process with Pat C, who would call just to check in as I went through cancer treatment and was finished by Christine C who was delightful and extremely detail oriented. I feel so light now that this is all over.

Kevin Lee did a great job. Now your other associates I had to deal with, SMH...... need to learn from Kevin Lee on how to communicate and talk to people. Especially that fella with the cartoon character voice. Y'all know who I'm talking about.
