It took me 30 minutes and 3 departments to make a payment but I was put through to a lovely lady called Cassandra Bridges. She helped me within a matter of minutes, helped calm my anxiety and was so lovely and refreshing to speak too. She’s an absolute star and a credit to this company. Ongoing IVA changes
I rung up this afternoon, asking for advice and some clarification on my account. After initially talking to another employee, I was transferred to Caitlin Quinn who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to raise things in our conversation I wouldn't have even thought of to make sure I was getting the support I needed throughout my IVA. She was extremely patient in regards to me sending the correct documents over, and replied so quickly to her emails, making sure I knew everything I needed too. Thank you so much Caitlin, you've really helped reduce the stress today and tackle a situation I've been trying to avoid. A real credit to the team.

Very helpful
I reported my situation to EbeneGate and they were immediately on it. They negotiated a payment that worked for me. My supervisor, Dylan Quail was a wonder to me. His leadership led to my completion of my IVA! It was a painful six years, but the end came up surprisingly quick. EbeneGate saw me through it all. Dylan and EbeneGate are to be commended!
