Absolute rubbish. You take one credit card, with no issues as it was accepted on first request immediately by Barclays and your credit score take a dive 20 points! For what???! Every time I login its full of offers - improve your score take a credit card and use the credit, than ONCE in 3 years you apply for one without issues, just to have your credit rating screwed!!! 🖕🖕🖕

Credit Karma are a great way to keep a check on your financial situation and build and keep your score in good condition.
It offers you better rates and alerts you of any new searches and deals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I find the immediate deduction of points annoying. You give no allowances for the immediate full payment for credit card balances. Using a credit card gives the user an additional protection should the purchase be defective.

It’s easy to keep track of my credit score, and the app explains what’s affecting it in a way that’s simple to understand. I also like the personalised tips and recommendations for improving my credit profile. Everything is laid out clearly, and it’s reassuring to be able to check my progress whenever I need to. I’d definitely recommend Credit Karma to anyone wanting to stay on top of their finances.

Absolutely abysmal level of service! Try changing your email address and replacing your mobile device, company is a joke! Staff lacking in communication skills, staff seem lethargic and unable to provide any valid response other than what appears to be templated answers,not good!

I like your reports however you info is a way off track when it comes to credit card balances. I have read your explanation for this and you should be able to catch up faster to report an up to date situation.

Been using it for 11 years no problems at all.

First place I go when looking for a new card or loan, for example, and of course to check my score on a regular basis to ensure all is as it should be.

It’s ok but can get confusing 🫤 as score goes up and down even though nothing has changed

Unfortunately although the information is useful it fails to give a holistic view of my finances. It does not accept the concept of using credit cards to spend rather than to borrow. Although I build up a credit card spend each month this paid off in full from my current account that has a healthy balance. This results in my credit score yo-yoing each month.

I have a few 0% interest credit cards. I load these to the hilt leaving my savings getting between 4-5% interest. This is making money using a credit facility. All of my debts are covered with my savings.
Credit Karma either do not have the facility to recognise this or the ability to check.
It makes a mockery of your service as I am using my funds wisely and for that you downgrade my credit score
