Scott been scammed me
Scott been scammed me. i joined there program but pulled out that he is a fraud and has been to jail. with in 1 week he sent me to collections and they harassed my family. then today went and took the first payment out of 199.00 after he falsley put me in collections do not do business with him his credit repair is a fraud and will steel your money!

If I could give them a ZeRO I would. Lots of lies and promises not followed through on. They harass you(Sasha) until they get you to sign up and then they scam you. Didn't do a SINGLE thing for almost two months until I kept calling and never answer. But she answered when she wanted to take my money. Scott you're a big fat joke! Jennifer just sits back and does the scamming quietly handling the money portion. If you know what's good for you. RUN don't walk RUN and don't sign up. They will scam you and never change a thing in your credit you couldn't change yourself. Biggest scammers I've ever dealt with
Everything about this business is horrible, unprofessional and just down right a LIE!

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. They did next to nothing over a 6 month span. Barely got an 'inquiry' off my report.

Scot Bean misrepresents the services and fees provided by "Credit Repair USA." Actually, the business name and original service ideas were founded by a guy from New Orleans, LA. Bean stole took them from him.
YOU SHOULD NEVER TRUST SCOT BEAN....

Jennifer been and Scott been are who I worked with. They were rude and unhelpful (in the end), took my money upfront, and never delivered on the promise. At the beginning, they will show you the negative accounts on your report, they claim a 100% money-back guarantee, I had about 4 accounts. Easy ones. No public records, no liens, just some school loan stuff and an old car loan with late payments. They assured me this would be a home run. They do well at making it sound awesome. They then have you wait 45 days which is standard for the first results. When the results arent up to par, they just tell you to keep waiting. The girl I started working with was fired and no one ever got back to me to let me know. The worst part, is that they sent me notifications via email telling me these things were deleted from my report. I go into the bank today since my contract with credit repair USA is now up, and got declined on a small 9k auto loan because the items that they said we're deleted, are still there!! I sent in my concerns and they asked me to show proof that they said they could delete these items. When I sent over images of their website guarantee and screen shots of the initial emails saying they could delete the items, they just kind of blew me off saying they removed 3 or so accounts off one credit bureau but he wasn't sure. I wasted 5 months here only to have them not honor the refund guarantee. For a company that supposedly does so well, one would think a loss every now and then on a refund wouldn't be a big deal because you can't win them all. When I told them I'd have to go to the better business bureau, Jennifer told me to stop emailing or she'd press harassment charges. What? Turns out, they're not even accredited with the BBB. Turn and run. Make sure you get an iron clad agreement from a credit repair service. This one doesn't even care if you leave bad reviews. Shoot me a message if you want proof. I'll gladly supply it. I told them unhappy customers will cost a lot more than a refund but they don't care. They keeping people's money and laughing all the way to the bank.
