Don’t use this company!! They are providing dodgy glasses. I’m pretty sure they sent me a fake pair of Tom Fords. I’ve sent back the glasses and asked for my money back countless times but they just ignore me or send me messages like the below which make no sense!!
Given the fact they’ve had my returned glasses for weeks. I’m going through my credit card company to get my money back

I’m leaving this review to avoid anyone else having to go through what I have. I ordered 2 pairs of the same sunglasses as one of them was a gift, I only received 1 of the 2 I ordered don’t get me wrong the sunglasses themselves are stunning however I am still yet to receive the other pair - bare in mind this was 4 weeks ago I’ve sent email after email all they tell me is they’re escalating it to the management team and basically refusing to give my money back, never known anything like it will never ever be purchasing from here again.

This company is unacceptable! They sent me faulty sunglasses, and I had to pay for the return postage myself. They assured me they would reimburse me for the shipping cost, but now they’ve been ghosting me for weeks.

Horrible experience, have been sending emails back and forth for 2 months trying to get my refund back. Their answer is we are working on it, hope you understand the situation. Absolutely ridiculous. Since when it takes months to process a refund??? Just unbelievable.

I purchased the Celine Triomphe sunglasses under the impression they were 100% authentic. Mainly because this is plastered all over their website! My friend purchased hers directly from Celine around the same time. As mine were £100 cheaper we naturally compared them! I decided to take mine into Celine to be checked as there were clear differences. Celine confirmed they were not authentic. I contacted Cribs of Frame and was reassured by Sandra that they were aurthetic. I questioned this and asked for proof of authenticity. Sandra offered me a refund or a replacement. I requested a refund as the Celine store themselves confirmed they aren’t real. After no communication I reached out to Sandra and she advised she couldn’t refund me due to the length of time I had the purchase. She offered to send me the correct sunglasses!!! The new pair arrived, which I paid to be authenticated online and again visited the Celine store and both advised they were FAKE! I have contacted Cribs of Frames and Sandra multiple times and no one has replied for weeks! £340 for a fake pair of sunglasses! The company are an absolute joke. Don’t waste your money, they can’t provide authenticity, they can’t refund and they don’t reply when they get questioned. I plan to go to trading standards as they are selling FAKE products!! Stay well clear!

Avoid this site. I received poor quality frames that were bent and a case that wasn't to standard. I returned them immediately in original condition and only received a partial refund, despite being promised a full refund and that postage would be covered. A month and a half later, this issue still hasn't been resolved, despite regular chasing. I am always told to wait another few days. I had to raise a dispute claim with my bank.

Do not order from this website I have just received my order paid £185 for saint Laurent sunglasses and they are totally fake no serial number different shape. And case is cheap imitation. I want refund asap I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before I ordered.

Do not buy from the organisation. Shipping was late, you have to pay for your own return, the address they provide does not receive packages and therefore you cannot get a refund. Customer service ignores you.

Avoid they are selling fake glasses. I received MuiMui glasses which the take was stuck in the case wonky all the case was buckled. When I have contacted them they responded once and said would look into it and have now ignored me ever since for months

Questionable authenticity of item - as clearly case and pouch are not authentic. Will need to have item verified by Bvlgari to confirm. Buyers - purchase with caution, these may not be true authentic items.

Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses from them so far. Significant reduction in retail price and both pairs arrived super quickly. Very impressed.

I ordered a celine triomphe sunglasses in shiny gold and green.

Initially, I was surprised coz the packaging was a bit off. It was dirty and the box was small. When I opened it, another surprise! The sunglasses was placed in a black hard case instead of the supposed brown leather sling bag that it should come with. The sunglasses itself look a bit off. Too golden and it looks a bit different from the real one.

I went to Celine in Selfridges and have it checked. SA said, it was fake. She showed me the real one and the packaging was far different from the one that I got.

I thought I had the best deal. Celine store sell it for £460 and this store only sell it for £315. I tried to contact them but google said, my email wasn’t delivered because they do not want to accept it.

Never again.

Love my frames and got it for less than what it retails for due to welcome offer. Was more than delighted!
