I dealt with Youssef after I contacted the criminal injuries helpline. I’m a disabled lady with complex medical issues and also mental health problems. Youssef was very helpful supportive and empathetic to all aspects of my initial claim relating to a sexual assault which happened in April 2025

ROne click of a button and in 72 hrs they literally have not stopped hounding me. This is a red flag . And now I come here and read these cases.

Had numerous emails from this company. I am a survivor of domestic abuse so had a look on their website. They use a lot of misl information, implying that they are the CICA... THEY ARE NOT!! Further checks with companies House reveals they were struck off in 2022. Avoid at all costs

Failed to update me on my claim, which had been closed, which I was upset about as they didn’t even tell me so that I could challenge this or give further evidence. Take no responsibility and then become rude when someone has something right to be upset about. Didn’t inform me of much throughout the whole claim, just got loads of junk mail from them instead. Wouldn’t recommend, my fault for doing something via a Facebook ad!

writing fake reviews... happens to be illegal. or conspiring to do so, even more illegal.

I get the **impression** the client/prospective client is a number only,
so are likely their review ratings.

Before even getting the ball rolling, going through initial questions, the call handler could not advise wether a previous charge of mine was spent or not. Surely as a legal firm, you would know.
Then when asked to obtain a copy of my criminal convictions she told me to go to my local police station. Its hard enough to have them fight crime never mind print out a sheet for a spent conviction that is spent.

Then the call handler kept speaking over the top of me, even when requested not to.
Given the sensitive nature of the reason people are calling, you would think fairness, empathy and respect would be shown.

Some of us women spent years being spoken over the top of, and I for one, will not let another human do that again, take your organization and kindly leave domestic abuse victims alone.
