Quick refund
I signed up for a criminal background check for my son. It turned out that he didn't qualify due to his age. The company quickly refunded my money upon request. My only suggestion is that the payment be requested after the age is requested, instead of before. This would have saved us all a bit of time and energy.

Good morning. Our attempts to reach you for clarification this morning were unsuccessful.
Please note: Our website and Terms of Service clearly specify an 18-year-old minimum age for background checks. If a background check is requested for a minor, our terms of service state that we're not obligated to provide a refund.
Despite our usual policy, we made an exception for you and issued a refund. We did everything we could to ensure you were satisfied.
We wish you a good day.
