I have been dealing with Lucy Bird with regards to the change of tenancy at a property. Lucy has been so helpful and professional both in responding quickly to emails and very courteous in telephone conversations. I would definitely recommend Crown Gas & Power.

Mohammed Sajid was extremely helpful in resolving a recent query we had both over the phone and via email.
It was a pleasure dealing with him and restored my faith that good customer service does still exist.

We had an issue with three out of five invoices being Estimated reads in spite of having Smart Meters.
However Lucy & her team speedily rectified these issues with Credit Notes and revised Invoices, so we're back on track!

I do not know if Crown Gas & Power are the cheapest, but I do know they are the most helpful & easiest company to deal with - nothing is ever an issue & even if I am speaking to the wrong department they assist until satisfied. Which makes them priceless!
