Crownmoissanite Reviews

The Customer Service was on point with every step of the way. Both I and my now fiance and did some shopping. We hated the idea of going to different jewelers and dealing with scuzzy salemen, who were going over charge what ever you picked out. We found This company is a 10 out of 10 recommend. They checked every box down to the size of my ring, which fits perfectly. They were informative and amazing with responsiveness and updates. They did exactly what was asked and more when it came to customization.
The best part of it all, it didn't break the bank even with customization the ring was set at a fair price. The promotional deal was amazing.
We also loved that they would send us a video of what it looked like before shipping and got our okay before sending it.
Shipping and delivery was speedy. Although it would have been nice to get a notification when it was out for delivery and delivered.
The ring is perfect I can't imagine any other ring on my finger. Im so excited to wear it for years to come.

My ring arrived in about three weeks from order. The ring is beautiful. I hope it lasts forever.

Absolutely would recommend, they communicated efficiently, they rushed my order with out charge and ensured I received my ring before the big day. They do engraving free of charge, the ring is stunning! I am obsessed. Great customer service and great quality of ring!

Absolutely obsessed with my radiant-cut Moissanite engagement ring! The team at Crown Moissanite was so patient and responsive throughout the custom process. Highly recommend them!

This company went above and beyond all of my expectations. They were extremely helpful when we had questions and needed assistance. Their friendliness and professionalism is unmatched. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for their perfect ring without the hassle. Buying a ring from this company was pain free and a great experience.

The product was great but improvement on up to date shipping and progress would be much appreciated. I’m glad I was home when the package arrived because there was zero notification that it was en route or what day it was going to arrive. Other than that, wonderful work.

Excellent customer service, quick replies and very helpful with all my questions over email. Product was received in good time and condition.

I had my wedding band customized and it turned out beautiful. Only negative was my engagement ring photos appeared to have the prongs be made in white gold, but actually was shipped in yellow gold, like the rest of the band. I realized this too late. Still 4/5!

Very beautiful ring. Kept in touch through the whole process to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. 10 out of 10 recommend this company!

Not sure what to think. Perfect design and everything, but the diamond fell out 2 weeks after i recieved it.

Excellent customer service all around! Got a ring, fit too big, they exchanged it. Quick and easy. Good job team!

I ordered the Ring from Austria to Germany to propose at my parents in law over New years Holiday. Customer Support was so diligent as they asked soon after my payment, If the Adress/austrian phonenumber is correct. They also kept me and my sister in law (who should Pick Up the Ring) Up to Date about the shipping process. The package was in Europe really fast although it was close to Christmas. Due to logistics in Europe it took all in all four weeks to arrive, but I felt the Project was always in safe hands, because of the great customer Service of crown moissanite. The ring itself looks Like on the product Picture (or even better). Made my Person say "yes" <3

My Fiance loves the ring and gets compliments all the time on it!

The customer service was great from the start and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.

I will buy more jewelry from Crown Moissanite in the future.

So I proposed on a cruise & this was a great ring to give my fiancé. The ring fitted perfect & it was shipped & secured to where no damage would be allowed. The ring also did not take long to come in, it came in 3 weeks sharp. Another thing is I love how this company does promo deals along with sending you a verification video of the ring being made & tested with a diamond tester. 10/10 recommend to order from this company!

As most are, I was very wary of purchasing such an important piece of jewelry online. I’m more of a “see it in person” type. But Crownmoissanite customer service was very helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. Constant updates and when the ring finally arrived, it was exactly as it was on their website. No false advertising, well-packaged and at a very competitive price as well. Would definitely recommend!

Wow!!! I can’t stop looking at how absolutely gorgeous my new engagement ring is from Crown Moissanite! From the moment I purchased my ring I felt like a valued customer- their team kept me in the loop all along the way and was very responsive to my ring specifications. This was my first online experience that actually felt comfortable and personalized- it was almost like being in person! The sparkle and shine of this ring is unmatched!! Thank you so much Crown Moissanite for creating this beautiful ring- I’m excited to wear it for years to come!!

First I should say that the customer service is exemplary, from the first day placing my order I received emails with updates and answers to all my questions, the jewelry is beautiful I bought this ring as a daily since I don’t use my diamond ring on a daily basis and every time I receive a lot of compliments, the sparkle is amazing and the craftsmanship is unbelievable.

Custom service was great. The ring showed up a whole month before I needed it. The ring was also gorgeous!

High-end jewelry store you can rely on without hesitation. I purchased wedding bands from them and wow the detailing is exquisite I can't take my eyes off them.

Very helpful with all the questions I had and made me comfortable with the entire transaction Ring is absolutely gorgeous and sparkles like no tomorrow in the sun Completely satisfied from initial question to the delivery
