One star because I cannot leave zero.
Moved from New Zealand to NSW, Australia. This was our second international move, so I KNOW the process, and this was our first time working with Crown Relocations. I canNOT explain how much they are TERRIBLE, EXPENSIVE, IRRESPONSIBLE.
They came to our home with very nice words and good manners, AND when I transferred the money, EVERYTHING changed. Their fee is higher than other companies, and you are basically paying extra for packaging with the CROWN name on the box for their marketing purposes. The boxes are the same as standard hardware-store boxes.
They told us our belongings would arrive in Sydney in 7 to 8 weeks, but it took 13 weeks, which caused a lot of STRESS and pressure on us.
The move manager lady was very IRRESPONSIBLE. She always treated us with “I DON'T KNOW” and “ITS NOT WITH US ANYMORE,” and she was WASTING OUR TIME with DUBLE UP work like SIGNING forms and SENDING DOCUMENTS more than once. Her name was Lindi Goosen. They told us we would stay in contact with her until we received our stuff, but when the shipment arrived in Australia, she said she didn’t know anything anymore and that Grace Removals was responsible. After that, she never answered my phone calls or emails.
Grace booked delivery of our household goods three times, and they DID NOT deliver. We had to go to their company branch in Sydney to collect our belongings ourselves.
NOTHING was properly labelled. They used normal boxes to pack expensive clothes, which is NOT what they showed at the beginning. Boxes labelled “kitchen” contained shoes, books, and random items, so that’s “kitchen”!
They obviously keep some expensive items when they “repack” boxes for an international move. In our case, they have NOT returned our PS4 and wireless controllers. I followed up multiple times and they DID NOT respond. It is DISGUSTING that you trust them and this is how they treat you. They do NOT care they only care about the money sitting in their account on time.
Customer service is NON EXISTENT in this company.
Would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.

We were totally impressed with the service from Luca. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, always responded to queries in a timely fashion even when different time zones came into play. He made the whole process simple and ensured that our move from one side of the world to the other was effortless.

I had an awesome experience from the team in Palmerston North. They helped me move from Levin to Wellington and were friendly and efficient in their job. Highly recommend!

Everything is good, besides moved box from Taipei place , no one standby at first floor when they are moving stuff from third floor, and my door is opened

I would not recommend Crown! We used them on 23 Jan 2025 with a 20ft container (paid over $21k). Their communication is terrible. Rep ignored calls and emails a few days before collection and our delegated person just disappeared on us a few days before after promising us confirmation. We had to ask for our inventory list numerous times and only received it 2 days ago. We are still waiting for information on crating of certain goods as they don’t know what has happened with them. Still waiting for management to return my call. A big no from us for Crown Relocations NZ.

The delivery on the US side was fast and easy…Thankyou for a Great moving experience ….
The packing and crating of the items was great in the Asian side ….

Crown helped get our cargo seamlessly from the US and storing it until we found our permanent accomodation.

Happy will the answers to my many questions. Also the follow up when I was having frustrations to get the personal items from the port of Samoa.

Little comment. Unpacking one box this morning, that was prepacked. Found battery stick vacuum in one box, but not sure which is the box with the charging lead. no doubt we will find in due course, but normally I try to pack things together... it should have been with the vacuum when prior to packing? Otherwise 100% satisfied.

Communication is key in international moves. While the packing and stacking and unloading and unpacking are the main features of a good service, the ability to track our shipment as it left Nairobi and headed to Canada was very reassuring.This is not a feature that all translocation specialists have. We appreciated it.

Noli and Sayed are both happy, courteous and professional workers. They packed all our stuff moving to the UK carefully, neatly, numbered and well organized.

From start to finish all went smoothly. My packer was amazing and the Crown App keeps you informed. I have no hesitation in recommending Crown services. Happy to have my belongings with me safe and sound.

My special thank you to Andrew Pearson, he was marvellous. He came twice to my place to make sure that the scope of work is described clearly. Also, my thank you to the packer who worked in my place. He did a fantastic job packing. Not a single glass item was broken in transportation. As I have moved in the past, and the breakage is something unavoidable, I thought. Not this time. Across, the ocean, Crown's office was just as helpful and responsive.

Fantastic support Charne and team. Really appreciate your support Crown team for relocating our belongings from Nz. The staff were so professional and friendly. Amazing , I would recommend you to anyone who wants to move to Australia.
