Ive been ordering from here since day 1 and they have never let me down. I absolutely love this brand and their products are totally worth the money. Super good quality!! On top of that their customer service is very helpful and Esma is a delight 🥰

Super cute clothes I'll give you that but it's all show...
It's overpriced, cheap material, only petite bodies can wear this brand, very difficult to return clothes and when you want to write a review on Crybaby Esma the founder of Crybaby will delete the bad reviews to make her brand look better than it is.

Two weeks and £15 customs later...
So I got the Rachel green skirt from Cry Baby, and it took them 2 full weeks to ship one single item here, I have sent them email asking whether it was delayed, they just replied “it will be with you soon”. when the item got here I was asked to pay £15 for customs, which is 1/3 of what I paid for the skirt plus shipping. I also wrote an email to ask them about it because I don’t usially get customs, and the response was simply “check with your mailman”.
I just opened the package and the item was great, but I probably wouldn’t recommend people from overseas to order from them just because the shipping is too frustrating and customer service wasn’t helpful at all.
