If i could do no stars i would. I’m a bit of an older bloke and am not that tech savvy. I thought they were having a huge sale and the sleeves were 7.95$ each. I bought 4 and then shortly realised it was if you purchased one then the other one is 7.95$. Weird that the website let me purchase 4 of these though. Anyway have been waiting over 6 months for a refund and have been completely ignored. Absolute pricks to deal with over email and have no phone number to call. Don’t blame then to be honest because if this is the customer service they offer than they’d be getting verbally abused often id assume.

Took nearly two months to receive the product which we needed for an upcoming event, requested refund but they instead rang me and offered a free product which never arrived.

This company doesn’t give a damn about customers. The idea is good, but the quality is trash for the price. The sleeve stitching came apart after one use.

I’ve been chasing an exchange since November 2025 7 months and got ignored until I left a bad review. Even then, they stopped responding. I finally spoke to the owner arrogant, no apology, promised to send a replacement, and nothing ever arrived. It's now May 2026!

I’ve now lodged a dispute with Fair Trading.

I had asked for a refund as they were out of stock. They agreed however am yet to receive my refund after many communication attempts and no response

I placed an order on 1 December and received the incorrect item two weeks later. After contacting Cryoremedy, I was promptly told the correct items would be sent within three days. However, weeks have now passed and nothing has arrived. I have followed up three times since, with no response at all.

At this point, I no longer want the replacement item — I simply want a full refund. The lack of follow-up and communication has been extremely disappointing.

Bought Cryo Therapy machine with knee sleeve to help post menuscus surgery. Shipping delays - took a week for item to be picked up by courier, I lived 25min from warehouse.
Compressor is underpowered. Water reservoir needs to be higher than sleeve or water will flow out of sleeve. This isn't mentioned anywhere and is kind of annoying when you are trying to elevate injury. No response from customer service. Water does not flow through sleeve. Sleeve is way too small. Water jacket is only 32cm so does not rap around knee nore does the compression. They also will not publish unfavorable reviews on their site.
A bag of peas and a compression sleeve works just as good.
