I felt very confident with the treatment and advice given. I now have a plan of action to improve my symtoms. I would recommend Crystal Clear in Whitburn to anyone who has ear/ hearing problems.

Recently visited the clinic, I was very pleased with the whole visit

I had wax removed from my ear and goodness me it was a fantastic feeling afterwards when I could actually hear things without feeling people were mumbling .

Rebecca was punctual snd her treatment room and waiting area are impeccably clean and tastefully decorated snd comfortable .

Friendly and professional staff. The clinic is spotless as you would expect. This was my first visit and I was made to feel at ease right away.
The procedure was pain free and I was able to see for myself 'before' and 'after' photos showing the wax was gone, which was reassuring. I was given helpful advice on protecting my future hearing and reducing further wax build up.
