Responsive, reliable, efficient & honest. Install went ahead extremely smoothly & looks really great. We couldn't proceed intially due to circumstances outside of our control & a few months later when we reapproached Crystal to proceed, they said the quote had reduced due to cost of materials having gone down. I doubt many other firms would have been this honest. Well done Crystal & thank you most sincerely.

Crystal Windows – Absolutely brilliant service and outstanding results!

I recently had my new driveway installed by Crystal Windows, and I could not be happier with every part of the job. The whole team worked incredibly hard from start to finish — they arrived on time every day, were polite and friendly, and took real pride in their work. They kept everything clean and tidy while working, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The final result is perfect! The driveway looks amazing, finished to a really high standard, and it has completely transformed the front of my house. I’m so pleased with how it turned out.

We had a porch constructed by Crystal Windows this week and the whole process and final product was excellent. The guys, Stuart and Andy, were very professional and friendly. They arrived at the expected time and finished the job on almost exactly the time that they predicted. So, we are very happy with Crystal Windows and would use them again

Outstanding quality and service from start to finish

The work was not done properly and Eddie is not reliable at all, he will book appointment and will not turn up and not even inform me that he will not be able to make it.
Jason jumped my fence to get into the garden to do some work and I was scared, didn't know who was there and I complained to Eddie, Eddie asked me if there is anything wrong in jumping the fence to get in.
My experience was a horrible one, I have never seen anything like this

I am so very pleased with my new windows and front door, which were carefully and considerately fitted by such a lovely team. They went to great lengths to protect existing tiling, were thoughtful, kind, good -humoured, communicative, honest and extremely expert at their job. The transformation from dilapidated single glazed to really lovely quality double glazing was efficient and quick, despite the fact that the workmen had to travel long distances. They took the time to clean up too...my kitchen floor was left looking so lovely, I had to ask how they had achieved it! Thank you to a special group of lovely people, and thank you for what feels like a new home!

I’ve used Crystal Windows and Doors more than once now, so this isn’t my first experience with them, and every time they’ve delivered consistently good results.
They previously replaced my sitting room window and later all the bedroom windows, and most recently they installed my main entrance door. The quality of all the work has been excellent, and the finish really stands out. Since the new door went in, several neighbours have already commented on how beautiful it looks and how solid and high quality it appears.
From start to finish, the whole process has been smooth. The sales team were helpful without being pushy, the follow-up communication was clear and timely, and the installation was arranged and carried out exactly as planned.
A special mention has to go to Tom and Craig, who installed both the windows and the door. They worked very quickly but still took great care with everything. They were tidy throughout the job and made sure everything was properly cleaned up afterwards, which really made a difference.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the results, and I would definitely recommend them based on my experience

From booking a sales rep to installation the process was easy,quick and simple,there wasn't any hard sell or pushing for other products to add to window replacements,the installation was also quick,the four man team were polite very professional clean and tidy. Everything was explained and the follow up calls were appreciated.We would happily recommend this company's work.

The installer fitted our porch door very expertly even though he found the installation more complicated than expected due to the porch being 40 years old. We are very pleased with our new door.

We had used Crystal previously for our conservatory and we decided to go with them again for a replacement garage door.

1. We met with Jason who explained the different products available to us and the finance options. We selected the Roller Shutter Door in Rosewood. Our choice re finance was to pay cash.

2. A survey of our existing garage was carried out by Glenn and I was given clear explanations of the work to be carried out.

3. The Roller Shutter Door was installed in one day by Glenn. He demonstrated how to use the key fobs and the internal control panel. The site was left clear and tidy and the old door and other old parts removed.

All of the he above was completed in 3 weeks and we are very pleased with the whole process and its outcome.

The installers arrived on time started to work straight away first covering my floors and stairs and bed. Which was very pleased to see. They were very efficient worked tidy also hoovering up after themselves. Cleared all the old windows and door. The windows and new door look fabulous I’m very pleased I was given the option for the door opening stopper quick and easy install.
Would definitely recommend I will get the other 2 windows done soon.

Up until recently, we have been very happy with their work. Until the last job they completed, we had new fencing installed. The fencing is lovely, the workman was polite, but sadly, the result was not so good. Because of this, I will not be recommending them to install fencing.
I feel that Mr Crystal Windows should come and see the work his workmen are installing and talk to his customer to get feedback.

John and Simon from Crystal carried out the installation of my new front door and two windows with excellent professionalism. They arrived on schedule and completed the work ahead of time. The installation was efficient, tidy, and finished to a high standard. The new door and windows look absolutely beautiful. I’m genuinely delighted with the whole experience. I was very happy from the sales experience to the installation. The new conservatory looks so much better than before. The installation led by Richard was very professional. They were extremely tidy, taking away all the mess including knocking small walls.

I am vey pleased with all the people who were involved in doing various updates in my home. They were all polite, considerate and tided up afterwards. I would recommend this company as they kept me informed of when they work would be done and were able to answer any queries I had. Excellent company to work with.

Very happy with our new front door.
Once we decided to go for it,it only took 2 weeks to get it installed. Installer was very experienced and completed the job looking all beautiful.
