Chris was recommended by my mother and by many people on the Aberdour Noticeboard FB page and I can see why! He replied promptly to my phone call, suggested various dates for coming out, kept in contact on the day, was efficient, friendly, thorough, and sent me a service sheet and invoice by email very soon after his visit. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and his company.

Carried out a google search for a local gas service engineer and found Chris.
Called his number and left a message on getting a boiler service.
Returned my call, offered a selection of dates, and followed up with an email confirmation.
Arrived on date and time, called 30 mins before arrival.
Carried out a complete boiler check, pointed out a minor issue, repaired the minor fault.
Great all round service.

Would recommend Chris from CS Connolly Ltd. He services my boiler annually and was very helpful with other issues that I asked about. Nothing seems to be a problem for him, he is also very punctual.

We used Chris for the first time to service our boiler. We received a quick response to our initial contact and on the day of the appointment he phoned in advance to advise he was on his way. Chris is professional and friendly, did a thorough job at a reasonable cost and provided us with a written report within a couple of hours.

Stage 1 of a job to disconnect a large radiator in readiness for a major re-plastering job to remedy a damp issue. Chris came yesterday to assess the work and provided excellent advice and booked the appointment. He came on time today to do the work in a tidy and timely fashion and within an hour or so of leaving he presented his worksheet online. I have every reason to believe he'll do an excellent job of reinstating the radiator when the re-plastering work has been completed.

As usual Chris offered a first class service.

He identified the issue quickly and made good, also noticing and fixing an unconnected pipe which you'd have thought other heating engineers should have noticed in the past!

Still awaiting a part which Chris sourced and ordered quickly and he took the time to call and advise when it's likely to arrive.

Chris also offered advice to my 5 yr old on how to build his train track better!

Service doesn't get better than this.

Have used CS Connolly for a couple of years now and always very happy with the service. Chris is always very polite, calls to let you know his arrival time, works very efficiently and is tidy, respectful of the property and gives all the info of what's been done and could be required verbally and follows up with his written report for the service log.
