Boiler installation
I have been using Heatsafe Heating over the years for boiler services, replacement pipes, radiators and today new boiler installation.
The engineers are reliable, courteous and hard working, take care of the work space and surrounding areas and leave your property as they found it.
They offer advice and guidance to help choose the best products for your circumstances and alsways find the quotes reasonable.

Top notch company
Amazing service, Graeme came out with a rapid response to give a quote for a new boiler installation and was very informative with the process and information. Was given a booklet on the different boilers and process if we decided to go ahead after our quotes arrived through email which was also very prompt with timing. We had a few quotes from different companies and heatsafe was very competative on price. Communication was phenomenal between all the different departments for arrangements and we went ahead with John coming out to replace our boiler within 2 days(we had to wait for the boiler to be delivered as the kind we selected had to be ordered otherwise we could have had some other boilers installed the very next day!) John did an outstanding job with the replacement and rearranged the pipework which was a complete shambles before, I must also mention our boiler is located in a small cupboard which is very awkward but the work was top notch! Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable and went over everything with us at the end as well as took care of the warranty and such. Everything was left tidy and we couldn't be happier with the service that was provided! We will be using heatsafe for our future services and any other things that may pop up. All in I couldn't recommend this company and staff enough, thanks to you all for the swift, easy and friendly service!

Heat safe Heating recently replaced our 13year old boiler and I cannot fault their standard of work and professionalism. Multiple options were offered from repair to replace. Once we decided they arrived on time, did exactly as quoted, with minimal distractions to a very high standard of workmanship! Would fully recommend!

Heatsafe Heating replaced our boiler
Heatsafe Heating recently replaced our boiler. They took out the old boiler in the kitchen, installed a new boiler in the garage, removed pipework to a tank in the attic, and refitted six radiators that they had removed while we were redecorating the house. Dougie and his team did an outstanding job. All jobs were completed promptly, neatly and at a reasonable cost. We have used Heatsafe Heating for many years and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks for a great job well done.

From my first enquiry phone call with Graeme which led to me booking a home visit,I then had Dougie come out to find out what I was looking for assess the work area & price job I never once felt under pressure or pushed into anything,they understood I was waiting on another quote and gave me the time & space for that to happen.the price was competitive and the service on the day of installation was excellent Leigh was very friendly knowledgeable & professional and the workmanship was excellent.I would highly recommend.

Dougie was a very professional, organised, tidy worker, and a very pleasant chap. He efficiently serviced our gas boiler and also our unvented Mixergy hot water tank providing detailed servicing documentation within 15 minutes by email. Back up and comms by the office excellent.

New Boiler
When our old boiler developed a fault I immediately phoned Heatsafe as we had used them before. Graham came out to assess the boiler and after a discussion we decided on a new boiler. He went over a few different makes and sent us out quotes that day. We made our choice and as we had no hot water an install date was arranged quickly.
Leigh and Paul fitted our new boiler in about two and a half days. They worked very well together, keeping me informed of what they were doing and going over the control panel. All floors were covered as they worked , all rubbish was removed and the house was left clean and tidy.
A big thank you to all at Heatsafe and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend this company.

I recently had my boiler serviced by Heatsafe. Very professional from start to finish: good communications, by email, from the office; fair quotation; the engineer turned up on time, and did a thorough job, including inspecting the flue in the attic; easy to pay, either by bank transfer or card (the engineers have card readers).
Highly recommended, I would happily use them again.
