Heatsafe Heating Reviews

I have been using Heatsafe for a number of years for boiler installs, servicing and gas safety checks over multiple properties.

The workmanship and service is excellent and always a pleasure to deal with.

They were very good from the start, from coming to look at the job, through to answering queries, doing the installation & clearing everything when finished. The actual installation was fast & efficient. Very happy to recommend!

As a portfolio landlord and letting agency owner I have been instructing Heatsafe to complete gas safety checks at our properties in the Falkirk area for the last few years. Their service standards and professional efficiency are always totally consistent, reliable and commendable. David @ Sinclair Services

From my first phonecall to Heatsafe Heating to the fitting of our boiler Dougie and Graeme provided a professional service. They turned up when they said they would, worked continuously and tidied up before they left. Heatsafe Heating came highly recommended and they didn’t disappoint. I would certainly use them in the future. Many thanks guys.

Friendly, honest, efficient and kept us up to date on what was happening. They also left the room spotless when they left. Would highly recommend thus company.

Cannot recommend Heatsafe Heating any more! Graeme was amazing and installed our new Hive system and fixed a couple of heaters for us. Everything has been seamless from start to finish. Thank you so much - can’t wait to be warm this December!!

Heatsafe Heating can be proud of Graeme and Harry who recently installed my new boiler. They carried out all the work in a highly professional and well organised way with minimum disruption, kept me informed of each stage of the process and did an excellent clearing up operation when work was completed. They were polite and considerate throughout the operation. The company offered a very competitive price for the work and communicated effectively throughout. I am more than happy to recommend Heatsafe to potential customers.

Second boiler this company has fitted for me. Excellent job.

Heatsafe was recommended to me by a friend. Graeme came over and talked me through everything beforehand, boiler type suitable for my requirements, price etc. Received the paperwork and called to confirm a date for installation. They arrived to install the boiler at the arranged date and time. They covered my floor and cleared up after. I was very satisfied the the completed job and the courtesy of the installers. I would 100% recommended. Thanks again for a great job guys!

Interaction with Heatsafe was positive from start to finish. Boiler required replacement following accidental damage. Heatsafe engineer inspected the damage and provided quote and assessment for insurance purposes. Installation was carried out with high degree of professional care and in timely fashion. Top marks for the job.

Our replacement unvented hot water cylinder job went smoothly, and the Heatsafe team was pleasant to have around, and impressively tidy!
Having Heatsafe working in our home was a comfortable and reassuring experience. We'll be sure to pass along Heatsafe's details to anyone we know who might be needing a similar type of input.

I’ve just had my new boiler installed by Dougie and Graeme from Heatsafe Heating. I am absolutely delighted with the service given.
They arrived on time and quickly got to work which they do brilliantly together I may add.
Graeme found a small leak at my cooker and fixed it for me even though it wasn’t part of the job.
The work they both do is to a very high standard and tidied everything before they left.
They are two of the most pleasant and cheery workmen I have had any dealings with for a long time.
I would highly recommend Dougie Graeme and Heatsafe Thanks again guys

We've used Heatsafe three times now for ourselves, parents and sister to replace our boilers. Very professional company, I'd highly recommend them.

Dougie and the team were professional, on time and worked all day to instal my new boiler . At short notice and also disconnected an old gas fire . The job is to a high standard . I would definitely recommend Heatsafe Heating

Heatsafe were very professional and meticulous going about their work. Very informative and kept me updated all the way through the 3 day job. They were also extremely tidy and their workmanship was such a high standard that I’ll definitely be using them again in future as well as recommending them to others.

Heatsafe replaced my water cylinder changing us over to an unvented cylinder running from the mains. Graeme and his team have been great. They were quick and efficient, communicating well and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dougie and the team went over and above to install a new boiler, radiators and thermostats throughout my property. And knocked it all out in 2 days. All work done to a high standard and very professional. I can highly recommend heatsafe

After receiving a favourable quote from Heatsafe to replace our faulty boiler an installation date was agreed however at short notice this was brought forward due to complete failure of existing system. Despite both engineers Dougie & Graeme being exceptionally busy they managed to fit us in two days early. From start to finish they were very professional, offered their advice, cleaned up after themselves and disposed of all rubbish.  A joy to work with who I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

This is a Fantastic wee company, very reliable and honest they do their best to accommodate your boiler worries.

Great service by Dougie @ Heatsave Heating. Arrived on date and time booked, smartly dressed, explained what he was going to do, carried it out efficiently after answering some questions. Overall very happy, great communication, job done to high standard and would definitely recommend.
