SCAM
The site says they are based in Australia however the so called tracking system that i can never access is in China.
I ordered a Canvas almost 3 months ago.
I got a message to say it had arrived 6 weeks later which is false as I still haven't received it.
After i constantly email them about its whereabouts they keep giving me different excuses like its on its way or it has been delivered or its been held up somewhere.
I have now emailed for a refund twice and twice now they have have ignored the question of refund instead saying the will message back with information on its whereabouts.
Absolute scam of a place.
I would stay away from odering anything from this place.

I questioned my order right off
I questioned my order right off! It showed the names wrong. I emailed and got a message right away, it’s standard to show the standard names. Whew! I read all the reviews and was very skeptical that my order would have issues or maybe even never arrive. I ordered it 1/30/26 and I knew there were creative times then shipping times, they informed me when I ordered. I got it two days ago and it’s everything I wanted! No damage, it’s perfect! Thank you! It’s going in my newly remodeled bathroom, weird place for a picture, but it matches the design!

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. I ordered something slightly incorrect but within 5 minutes followed their cancellation/refund process and explained I wished to re order correctly. Did not get a response. Ended up with the unwanted incorrect canvas. Was a returning customer originally not ever again

My packaged had arrived about 2.5 weeks…
My packaged had arrived about 2.5 weeks which was ok as I planned it might take a few weeks so I left myself plenty of time. Upon opening my order I found the frame has been crushed. I contacted customer support and provided pictures as needed and they sent a replacement. Love the product love the customer service! Thanks again
