Extremely happy customer here. I don't normally purchase such quality items but decided to treat myself this time when a release became available. Delivery was fast to the UK, updates on transit given and it arrived so well packed and protected it would have been virtually impossible for it to be damaged in transit. Very happy with the product, it's even more impressive in person than you can get a sense of just from the pictures. The personal note left and handling gloves provided was a lovely touch too. The product and overall service & experience really has made this a very special purchase for me. I only wish I could purchase more of the collection to add to this one!

I can only say the following about the figures: the money is 100% worth it! The attention to detail and the manufacturing process are simply on a perfect level. Love my trophy from Jack of the Dust! I would also like to briefly report on my experience with customer service. I had a problem with my trophy and the customer service manager Zach took the time to help me with my problem. At no time did I feel misunderstood. I will order there again, that's for sure! I also don't understand how the other reviews can speak of a bad service, for me absolute 5 star service! Looking forward to more cool trophies, maybe one from Fallout sometime, that would be awesome!

Item was received damaged despite packaging of high quality.

Full refund of return shipping and import duty given and a replacement sent out and packaged way over and above what would be expected to ensure safe delivery.

Professionally wrapped, amazing art piece.

Company shipped my order twice - supposedly and both times the postal service said they couldn't delivery it but they oddly enough never tried again to deliver. I asked for a refund because I found this sketchy and alas I am out $400 so I would stay away from this company at all costs

Product was defective and took a very long time to arrive. I will not be purchasing from them again!

Update: We downgraded to 1 star based on recent harassment from Jackofthedust slander and libel response from Jackofdust trying to repost gossip and PERSONALLY attacking their customers with fake news with non-credible sources. Not only did they send broken statues, they are now harassing us to try and silence the review. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time and want to receive non DOA statues. Jealous and envious people, flattered you took the time to respond in such an immature way. Means you are aware how much success we have received.

Statues Arrived Broken! with really poor peeling paint. Jack of the Dust is not legit, they are refusing to cover it, attempting to take advantage of its customers. Buyer beware. this brand DOES NOT INSURE THEIR packages(HUGE RISK), if damaged they will do NOTHING. Be sure to file a chargeback against them- we warned them and tried to mutual come to a resolution prior to doing so in all fairness.

This review is justified, if you had contacted with a resolution we would have not left a review or taken this down.(NOT SO SMART) They treated it as a game that the customer has NO ability to deal with an Australia brand. USE BUYER PROTECTION. This experience is real, we have an order number and emails from Jack of the dust not offering any support outside australia. Hey, I've tried previously to create return labels but we run into complications with our courier service and can only create them locally for Australia. Our courier does not support pre-paid labels and I've tried countless times before."

This item was shredded, I wouldn't want it repaired and they extort the system by knowing that people will not fork out 300 dollars to ship a parcel to Australia.
The right thing to do is apologize for your actions via your harassment but at this point, please do not contact us again.

Our credit card has given us a full refund via the proper channels and we do not recommend this brand to anyone in any country and their limited edition making is fake.

Note to jack of dust. Promoting fake blackmail articles is against the law. If you continue to promote slander and fake news one more time, not only will trust pilot block you from replying, we will contact the press and you will share the experience. Clearly we have never been sued, and creating gossip to avoid a bad review shows how toxic you are as an artist and a brand. Our claim against you is valid and we have every right to exercise buyer protection against a corrupt brand who's ego shades their general reasoning. We offered you multiple times to send an apology and do the right thing.

If we keep getting followups the team will take action and notify Australian Press and Licensers whom you are not paying.

Its in your best interest to take the review like professionals. Trying to discredit a genuine review is going to cause you bigger issues.
