However I specifically asked for my package to be signature protected ( signature required on delivery) as I live in an area prone to crime. My package was sent without signature protected post and left out the front , spending over $150 i thought this would not be a problem, and if it was such a problem some communication would have been nice

Amazing service!
At first, I was worried as I have never shopped for Jellycats from a different company other than the original. In doing so, I messaged CuddleCloud about the delivery etc and they answered so promptly. My delivery came in TWO days, right before Christmas. I’m actually shocked. Beautiful service, amazing products and a great company. Merry Christmas and a happy new year CuddleCloud. I will be back to order more. ☺️❤️

I'm so glad I found this site! As a longtime Jellycat collector (and mum to two little ones who are just as obsessed), it's not easy finding some of the rare or retired ones-but this shop has such a dreamy range.
Everything was well-packaged, arrived quickly, and exactly as described. You can tell they really care about what they stock. Whether you're after a classic Bashful Bunny or something a bit more unique, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
