Oh Wow 🤩 just pulled on my Cuddle trousers for the first time after this mornings swim in Englands Deepest lake. It was blowing a hoolie and lashing down with rain in the Lake District this morning, and the lake was 6 degrees! My legs were toasty in the trousers, so much so I had to take them off by the time I got home as I was overheating- normally I am freezing for hours! Totally justified in purchasing these - my new favourite post swim garment

These are so well made using high quality materials. I have been out in a downpour and stayed warm and dry.
I had a slight problem with exchanging for a different size, but this was rectified very quickly. I am a very happy customer.

Put ina big order, first two pairs of trousers came quite quickly, although one pair was torn, they said they’d replace them, not arrive yet. The second part of my order I m still waiting for, it says it out for delivery and will be delivered in 24 hrs, then it’s back at the depot. Always been excellent in the past.
Also it says cuddle uk but they come from china

I bought a pair of the straight fit trousers on back order. After a couple of weeks, they arrived yesterday. I wore them this morning and I am absolutely over the moon with them. Perfect fit and incredibly warm. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Quick delivery great value for money keep me dry and warm whilst out beating fabulous when walking my dog highly recommended

Bought another 2 pairs - they are brilliant especially now they have an into go over your wellies.

Bought three pairs of the trousers for Christmas presents and they were loved by al! Very comfortable and lovely and toasty in the cold weather. One pair was too small due to my niece having a growth spurt but Cuddlr exchanged them no problem even though I’d bought them early for Christmas. Fantastic product and fantastic service, I’d definitely buy from here again! *****

Joke, ordered 3 items before Christmas for a present, only received 2 items, so when Christmas came and pasted returned these as no good as outstanding item never arrived and too late anyway. Been chasing refund and only refunded one cheapest item, joke of a company do not order from !

They refunded the cheapest item and still owe £71 had to take up with my credit card company, so no not amending my review and definitely would say do not buy from as terrible company to deal with

I ordered trousers on the 9th January feeling confident after checking reviews here. I tracked the package from china to the UK, ( which seemed to take ages, but I tried to be patient), but after arriving in Derby ( no where near me) on the 19th, it has remained there with no further changes to the tracking. I therefore contacted cuddle via the email address advised. I received a standard email suggesting I track the package ( obviously!) then there has been no further responses to follow up emails. I have been polite throughout, but feel I may have been scammed and lost my money!!

Would definitely recommend this company and will be using it again!! Absolutely fantastic service, original order was delivered to someone else and the delivery company used basically said tough. But an email to Cuddlr with screen shots of conversation with said delivery company and the order was sorted and thank you Cuddlr for using a different delivery company to get this order delivered to me.

A couple of hitches with my order however the customer service team at Cuddlr are certainly on the ball and have advised when my order will arrive, thank you

Order arrived but wrong size so sent back at my expense (not a problem) no acknowledgment of order returned, started chasing new item and after giving one start review (I would give zero if possible), I’ve finally got a refund. As previously stated by another reviewer tracking says that item has started journey from China. They could be the best products out there but I wouldn’t order again due to lack of customer service, although after much chasing refund given so I need to be grateful for that.

I purchased 2 cuddles trousers in pre Xmas offer. Initially concerned as took a month to arrive ( However I noted on website there is a disclaimer to note if out of stock there may be a delay).

Upon arrival although I had followed guidance they were too big.
Returned as per guidance and had a prompt email requesting that I confirm if refund or size and style required.

Having given exact size and style received replacement within 7 days.
Very polite and efficient customer service if needed.

Not yet used as only arrived today however fit good and feel good quality .

I bought size small petite zip leg trousers and they are amazing. They are very warm even in the minus temps we've been having, easy to get on and off, very waterproof and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

In fairness I think it was due to a tech hitch
They eventually sorted it very effectively

I ordered a pair of trousers which on the whole didn’t take too long to come however they were to big so I have sent them back asking to exchange to a smaller pair which I was told was fine but ever since sending them back I’ve received no acknowledgment. My tracking said they have been delivered back to the return address and since the I’ve emailed three times asking for an update and nothing so it would appear I’m not getting another pair and I’ve received no refund either. Not a great service and down £45.
Update - Have sent THREE chaser emails after my review was replied to and I’ve received nothing back. Got screenshots just in case I’m accused of lying. No refund and no sign of any new trousers.
