Great customer service, dealt with my query promptly, replacing one of my items because of the stitching fraying. Please note I have 3 pairs of the trousers and the other 2 are fine.
We love these products, they really are perfect for working outdoors and we will be purchasing further trousers and the jackets too!

Ordered over a week ago from the UK. Tracking shows it still hasn't been sent, and is coming from China.

Excellent trousers for keeping warm after open water swimming. Have had to unsubscribe from their marketing emails though as several come every week which is really annoying!

After ordering I got an email to say there was no stock in the UK warehouse so they'd be coming direct from China. Alarm bells started ringing and I thought it was a scam, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they arrived in just over a week, were as described and fit really well. Tested them after a dip last week when the temperature was about -4 in the morning and what a difference they made, would definitely recommend!

My daughter wears this set in New England riding, and she said it is so warm! Quality and comfort is top notch!

Was happy with the trousers but the jacket is of poor quality.

Turns out, they are just rebranded chinese made items from temu/aliexpress that are 5 times more expensive. Avoid unless you like wasting money.

EDIT: I bought a set of 'fleece lined trousers and jacket' from Temu for £18.60 IDENTICAL to CUDDLR apart from the branding. That's how i know. Dont take my word for it, see for yourself.

I reviewed the pants and jacket February 2025. Love the pants, jacket is rubbish. Wore the jacket a handful of times winter of 2025, then in December 2025. The zipper is broken now and the jacket can't be worn after very little wear. Downgrading my review to a 1 but would give less if I could. I've emailed the company twice about the zipper but get no reply. What a waste of money.

The sale they had made me buy the jacket and the pants for my daughter. I want a pair of pants for myself! They look very comfortable and warm. Great quality. I would definitely recommend

Bought these trousers as I work on a farm and was pleased to see waterproof and fleece lined trousers, thought these would be better than the thin waterproofs that I already wear.
How wrong I was these are not waterproof at all, the only good thing is they keep you warm but that defeats the purpose of why I bought them.

Great communication about stock and delivery status really helped. Website easy to use. Item was a Christmas present and very well received! Partner loves them so much she’s going to order more!

Great product and good communication. The trousers are perfect for after swimming and pull on really easily even when I am still damp. Would have been 5 stars but took a while to be delivered as came direct from China.

I purchased a pair of the fleece lined weatherproof trousers and, while I no longer ride, I do have a dog who needs walking, despite how awful the weather may be, but this no longer phases me now that I have these incredibly warm trousers. Very pleased with them.

My order was dispatched efficiently and I received regular updates on delivery status. I contacted customer service with a question which was answered and resolved very quickly.
The items I bought are of a high quality and very well made. I bought the waterproof trousers for my daughter(I was tempted to keep them!)as a Christmas present and she’s thrilled with them(says they are very warm and comfortable to wear). Also bought the gloves which are great(I did keep them 😊).
I would highly recommend Cuddlr, their products are exactly as advertised.

I bought a pair of the waterproof Cuddlr pants. I started wearing them and unfortunately the seam ripped completely out of the middle seam. I am not a curvy or heavy person and I had plenty of room to move in the pants. I was prepared to have to send the pants back and have a lengthy battle with customer service. I was WRONG. I emailed the company and within an hour they responded. At 7:04 am they contacted me, I sent a picture of the problem and by 7:03 the next day they had shipped a new pair of pants to me. VERY good customer service and very responsive!!! Love these pants and the company has been amazing.

Love them this pair was a gift as I love my own pair so much. Need to buy a pair for my daughter

Appreciate it's Christmas however ordered on 10th December and only just received my order. When i enquired about my order I was told its still in China and seems to be late!
Had I known it was coming from China and not the UK I would not have placed my order and would have supported a smaller UK based business.

Fabulous trousers! Kept me lovely and warm after a chilly wild swim on Dartmoor! Was so good to have warm legs for once!

They have taken nearly a month to arrive, don’t buy them if you need them for a present or if you need them in a couple of days!!

Bought two sets of trousers and 2 in 1 jacket for my Wife and daughter as a Xmas present and instead of complaining about the cold down they were in the stable yard, they are now complaining how warm and toasty they are!!! Other stable yard members had seen these outfits advertised and were in tow minds in buying, the usual cheap gimmick that they have come across before... But now that Wife and Daughter have been wearing them, there is a bit of jealousy going on amongst them. It was definitely worth buying them and i would recommend them to anyone who works about a stable yard.
